Well sad to say I always love staying at the best western plus hotels but after my experience here it kind of left a sour taste in my mouth starting from the rude lady in the front desk by not wanting to help me out at all then cussing me when I asked her if there was a problem it will make me think twice about staying there again

Barely three stars. In my opinion, this BW Plus doesn’t really deserve Plus status due to bad layout and poor breakfast offerings. The breakfast room is particularly cramped. Our room, though comfortable, showed its wear and tear. All of the services (biz center, exercise room, laundry) are smallish and right on top of each other in the lobby. On the plus side, the women running the front desk in the afternoon were far and away the friendliest hotel staff we met in two weeks on the road. They were totally awesome, and even brought my kids fresh baked cookies. The pool is really nice. Convenient location and really good price. I’d stay again if they work on the breakfast thang.

The minute I walked in I felt a good feeling! the place was very clean, the night clerk/auditor was extremely nice and helpful. the rooms were bight and very clean. A pleasant surprise for sure. Everything met or exceeded our expectations!

I was in town for a funeral and this hotel really took away some of the stress of travel. The staff is friendly and helpful, offered a free razor and deodorant since I’d flown in without any. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There’s a fitness room, pool and decent breakfast. And it was quite reasonably priced too.
