Hampton Inn Tulsa-Sand Springs

I enjoyed my stay at this Hampton Inn. I checked in late on a last Friday night and the staff was very helpful. I was upgraded to a King Bed room with a fridge, microwave, desk, pull out sofa and coffee table. The bed linen was spotless. The pillows and mattress were comfortable and firm. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels and washcloths provided. There were lots of TV channels to choose from and HBO was free.
The continental breakfast was good. Cheese omelets, biscuits, sausage patties and white gravy. There was also fresh fruit, juice, a waffle bar, fresh pastries.
My checkout process was a breeze and I will stay here again.

Had a room reserved at this Hampton Inn, explained to the front desk clerk that there was a slight chance we may not make it, and asked what their reservation policy was. She explained that we needed to let them know as early as possible so they would be able to rent the room (which I totally understand). I told her I was pretty sure we’d be there and if we weren’t if let them know by 11pm. After the reservation was set I got a phone call about 10 minutes later, the clerk informed me that «their system was wrong and they actually didn’t have the room we requested available». I understand that they have every right to do this, but it just seemed very shady. And usually where there’s smoke there’s fire. Just be wary in your dealings.

A little far from downtown but a clean and spotless hotel. The breakfast could use a little more substance and less sugary pastries. Wifi kicks you off after 24 hrs but can sign back in, just annoying. I would stay there again.

I’ve been staying at this location for the same event for the last three years, and I’m looking forward to the next return trip. The folks are always helpful and pleasant to deal with. I’ve never had a problem with a reservation. The rooms are clean and spacious. And… ooooh those beds — like sleeping in a cloud made of buttered cotton candy. Breakfast is serviceable, although I prefer yogurt and a banana over the odd-​looking egg patties and waffles. Coffee and OJ are always fresh.
Downside? The little room fridge can be easily overwhelmed by large quantities of warm beer. My advice? Dump beer in bath tub along with lots of ice. Problem solved.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, stocked, decent breakfast. I was happy while I was there four nights.

The staff at the Hampton Inn was everything we had come to expect from Tulsa people — NICE! Our television was not working and the lone employee on duty came to our room and fixed it. Every time we walked in the door, we were greeted in a friendly manner.
Our room was typical Hampton — clean and comfortable.
The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. We stayed three nights and each morning there was a different entrée. An assortment of breads, cereals and fruit were nice extras.
There was plenty of parking even though the hotel was full several nights. The hotel is about 15 minutes from downtown but for the price, it was a good bargain.
