This place has so much great stuff! Watch the newspaper or online for sales. I just bought a ton of Christmas stuff for 40% off and it’s onky October! !

Hobby Lobby is the place to go if you’re looking for deals on crafting supplies and home décor and a reasonable price. Everything is usually well organized, although on my latest trip, they seemed to be restocking in several of the aisles and it was hard to get around. I love that there is always at least one section of the store that is 50% off and that you can almost always find a 40% off coupon on their website. They have a good selection of home décor and party supplies, but the real selling point is their crafting section.

Huge store with some of all kinds of craft, sewing, painting, models, art supplies. All kinds of décor, glass, mirrors, ceramics, frames, framing, posters, yarn, scrap booking. They have some furniture items. They have a big section of seasonal items at each holiday. Most employees are nice. They always have a group of items half off, wait till your thing is on sale. Check all items for damage, they deal in large volume and things can be damaged.

If you’re in the mood to browse, this is the place to be. They’re sale prices aren’t special (usually only 5−15% off when you compare the same item elsewhere) but you can find a gem every now and then.
Lor-​ann oil selections are quite pitiful. There are so many more flavors but they stick to the basics here.
The prices? Watch carefully and you can find a bargain or two. They’re prices and selection of «usable» crafting items is second-​to-​none with Michael’s maybe being a bit more useful.

These, my friends, are two necessities I need when preparing for a trip to this enormous Hobby Lobby. This is a place I can think I know what I am getting but leave with other bag (s) of magic.
Wander the each aisle and let your creative juices flow! You’ll be inspired for things you may not have thought you could pull off.
