Phone Geek Cellular Repair

I wish I could give a better review. I had tthe charging port on my Galaxy SIII go back, I went in asked to have it repaired, the man worming said «we can’t fix it today you’ll have to bring it back tomorrow OR we can sell you this external charger for $ 25» when I explained I was on call for work and couldn’t leave my phone off it was an «oh well attitude.» So I go back on Monday again the same «oh we dnt have anyone here that can fix it today» so after a week I finally got my phone in and repaired (after a 2.5 hour wait)
Fast Forward to Sunday, my husbands phone needa the same repair so we go to the 61^st and Sheridan location (because stupid me looks at the google listing, it opens at Noon. Ok great we get there and its closed with a sign that says the 71^st and memorial location is open from Noon to 6. So we drive over to that location. Only to be told get again «sorry we cant fix it today, but you can drop it off tomorrow morning and we can have it fixed by the end of the day.»
So my question is will you ever have more than one person who can make repairs? Its almost pointless to have mulitple locations if you only have one technician who works there.
