Pier king relevel d my crawlspace home. They responded quickly to my initial call. They came out the same day analyzed my homes structural needs. Gave me the free estimate right then. Did the work two days later on a Sat. Good job. House is level and more solid.

Larry at Pier King is top notch. I had a minor foundation emergency on a Friday at 5pm and needed someone to come to the house asap. Larry not only answered his phone after hours on a Friday afternoon, but he scheduled an appointment with me to meet on a SUNDAY. He was out of town and left at 6am from a trip he had taken to Dallas to meet me at 10:30am that following Sunday. He didn’t hard sell me on anything and actually told me the minor emergency I thought I had was actually a non-​issue. He actually said, «There’s no way I can make a dime on you.» Talk about honest.
It’s rare that you find a contractor who will answer their phone, schedule an appointment with you, be on time, and give good service, let alone over the weekend. Good luck getting a hold of the other guys when it’s not convenient for them. If you’re looking for that guy and need structural repair, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Pier King.

Their website says they give free estimates but when I tried to arrange one Larry commented with «No thanks, we’re busy.» Not the kind of company I care to do business with. They obviously don’t stand behind their word so how could I have any trust in their work?
