I got a ton of help from this store especially from Trevor. They gave me suggestions to help me figure my colors out and always made sure I got the lowest price(there were variations based on quantity purchased, so price adjustments were made if it wasn’t the lowest price). I had a great experience with this store.

These people here are the most hareful, arogant people I have ever met. I brought a paint sample to the store and they are like we’ll what paint do you want it in. I said interior, and the guy was like«well we have 20 different interior paints» I told him hell I don’t know get me some that sticks to the wall. After he asked me again what kind I took my can and went to kelly/Moore. This place sucks.

I work for a competitor company, and it’s only fair that I state that upfront. If you want to take my review as a biased review, that’s fine, but I still feel the need to talk. My friend(also works for the company I do) and I decided to go into Spectrum one day, in our normal everyday clothes, and look around. We wanted to know what we were«competing with,» and wanted to see how they compare to our service. I was actually shocked at how unwelcome we felt in the store. We walked in and smiled politely, and headed towards their color area. There was a bit of a grumbled hello when we walked in, but that was literally it(and we were the only customers in the store). We were in the store for a half an hour and not once did anyone come to check on us, or ask if we needed any help. We were ignored and treated like a burden, and as we headed toward the door, we weren’t even thanked. I gave three stars because their faux displays were nice to see, and helpful to customers, but their store is run down, and the employees had horrible attitudes. Working for the company that I work for, we’re trained in customer service, and we’re honored to treat our customers like we appreciate their business, even if they don’t purchase anything. We say hello when they walk through the door, and never give more than a few minutes before we walk over and see if we can do anything to help. I was actually expecting the same service from Spectrum, and was very let down to see what we actually got instead.
