Subway

Just drove up and, before we got out, saw an employee bringing the trash out. When she was done, she stood outside next the patio furniture smoking and talking on her phone. We were about to get out, when she put her cigarette out on the table then spit all over the table before she grabbed the trash can to go back inside. I don’t begrudge her a smoke break or whatever, but not really what I want to witness right before I watch you fix my food. Is there not a different place she could’ve taken a break and hopefully then washed her hands? And who wants to sit at those tables to eat now? I read the other review before walking in and we just decided to leave. Doesn’t appear to have a good reputation for cleanliness.

Besides being rushed through the line which was ridiculous seeing as how myself and my coworker were the only customers in the store, the employee repeatedly asked us what vegetables we wanted before our sandwiches were even out of the oven, which was frustrating because then once they were out, she asked again and before we could answer she started pointing at the different choices. My coworker made the mistake of ordering banana peppers which was a lesson in futility as the employee attempted to put all other types of peppers on.
I kept it simple after watching my poor coworker but after returning to our company to eat our meal, it only got worse. Whatever dressing they put on my sandwich was not what ordered and was definitely rancid. Then after finishing my drink, I decided to add a soda from our vending machine. Upon opening my cup I was horrified to discover a multitude of ants in my cup. Thankfully I have a strong stomach or this would have been an even worse afternoon. After discussing this matter with other coworkers, I am now aware this has been a frequent issue with this location. Needless to say, complaints have been made and I will not returning!
