Woefully understaffed. There always seems to be no more than one person at the counter (if any).
It would be unusual if there was a month where they *didn’t* lose the check my bank sends them for rent. I’m always fighting with them about this.
They have the option of being climate controlled (and I take it) but I’ve heard an employee tell me that the non-​climate control units are unbearable (and sometimes the basement units flood).

They have a variety of packing supplies for sale and rent. Sometimes there isn’t anyone around and it is hard to figure out what you are supposed to do about returning a rental. I have had more positive than negative at this location. You have to accept before hand that many employees are not highly motivated.

I ordered a trailer hitch from these guys and it had yet to arrive 3 weeks after I placed the order. They told me it would only be a few days before I could pick it up, a week later I called them. They were unable to find my order and told me it would be in by the end of the week and that they’d call one way or the other. When I wasn’t called, I called them but got rolled over to corporate. I told them my tale of woe and the lady I talked to said that she would get in touch with this location and have them call me about the hitch. I was never called. I gave up and went for a refund. The owner was very nice throughout the whole ordeal but, I won’t be returning to U-​Haul at all any more.
