Best BLTA I have had in so long. Fresh, local, healthy and tastes amazing! They just moved over to Tumwater near Eagans.

Stopped her for a quick sandwich and it was delicious. My boyfriend is gluten intolerant and rarely gets to enjoy a good sandwich but this place had gluten free options. If I lived in the area I would totally go back.

First off — the food here is great. But my poor review is because it is never open. They claim to open around 9ish. Never happens. I bought a four burrito punch card about two months ago and have only been able to use it twice. On five separate occasions(including this morning) I have left work to drive here — between 9:30 and 11:00 and they have yet to be open. Sometimes they just aren’t there yet and other times they are still setting up. The hours are just too unreliable. If you happen to be out and find this place open it is worth it. Just don’t plan on going there or meeting someone there any time within three hours of their opening time. Probably just going to abandon my last two breakfast burritos.

It was good. They were out of everything I wanted, which was disappointing. I wanted a po’ boy with the mojo pork. They were out of all po’ boy stuff. I ended up getting a grilled sandwich with turkey and tomato. I could’a made that at home, so boo. But, it was good, and the chef was very nice. I’ll try again, sometime.

I loved the Local Harvest sandwich. This is the kind of food I dream about. Healthy ingredients + amazing flavor.

Absolutely amazing! My husband and I are on a road trip from Southern California, we checked out Unilocal local hot places to eat in this places reviews lured us in! We were not disappointed! The Local Harvest Sandwich was to die for! A must try, even for you carnivores!

Can’t believe it’s taken so long for me to write this review, as I have been a steady customer of All Fed Up since finding out about them when i moved to the East Side over a year ago. Great food, friendly service, low prices, and good quality ingredients keep me coming back constantly. I buy breakfast burritos here at least once a week, and usually more like 2 or 3 times. It makes my day a lot easier to know that I can walk out the door and give them a call and have a burrito ready to go by the time I’m driving by. I usually get their A.F.U.(eggs, cheese, potatoes, and a red chili sauce) and then ask them to add grilled onions and bell peppers. The perfect mix to start my day. The thing that i really love the most about this place though is the transparency regarding the sourcing of ingredients, just ask, they’re happy to answer any and all questions because they’re proud of the answers they can give. It shows in the food. Highly Recommend

I am very impressed with Ian and his customer service, his cooking skills, his decent prices for a locally sourced sandwich. I am a big fan of grilled sandwiches and a bigger fan of All Fed Up. I encourage you to stop by for his Da’ Pig sandwich if you love ham. I encourage you to try his Reuben, which is 21 day aged, locally sourced, nitrate free roast beef with locally sourced cheeses and bread from San Francisco Bakery. Yum. Yum. Yum

I went back a second time for my man’s breakfast burrito addiction that always happens after 11 am, and I tried the Fromage a Trois sandwhich — excellent pesto and sundried tomato sauce on top of some kind of amazing cheesy fluffy stuff between pan fried buttered bread. It was amazing. And the man was happy with the eggs being chopped up more. I asked for the«spiciest» setting but he said it was mild but it tasted good.

My husband and I tried All Fed Up last week. We love the puns in the title, but we were not able to finish our burritos because they just weren’t good. And we were very hungry. Unfortunately, none of the burritos have rice or beans inside. I think those ingredients would certainly help, and the absence of them was bad. As vegetarians we tried the Birkenstock and the Treehugger. The former had a giant lump of scrambled egg, and despite a sprinkling of other ingredients, basically no flavor. The Treehugger was slightly better because it had more flavor from a sauce cooked with teeny tiny soy crumbles(if you’re looking for big pieces of soy chorizo, you won’t find them here). We will not be returning, the food wasn’t good if you’re expecting any of the following: flavor or a tasty wrap or remotely authentic Mexican.

Absolutely delicious! Bought a deal on and I’ll definitely go back for more. They make the tastiest breakfast burritos! Perfectly cooked eggs with cheese, potatoes, salsa and whatever else you choose. I don’t know how they do it, but the tortillas are perfect… not a drop comes out when you eat one. It’s great to eat on the go or to enjoy in the little courtyard. I usually call ahead. Great service too, very friendly. Can’t say enough great things about the burritos. I hafta try the sandwiches next. Yum!

Basic AFU burrito is fabulous. Other burritos are a tad runny. But owner Ian is awesome and all around a stop here is a great way to start your morning.

Love this place. Great food & the dudes there are real nice. Been a fan of the breakfast burritos for a while — the carnivore is almost too much but it’s so good. One of the guys suggested adding pesto once & now I’m hooked & always add that. Plus the chili sauce is to die for! Finally tried a sandwich(well sort of)… Ordered the Bird but in a tortilla instead of on bread. Warm turkey, melty provolone, their to-die-for creamy pesto, and lots of crisp arugula. Definitely worth finally resisting the breakfast burrito for once! Plus they have cans of cold San pell so it’s a complete meal.

APPARENTLY I HAVENOTREVIEWED. What is wrong with me. So we’ve been fans of this place since it opened, hence all the photos from last year. But now, there’s more exciting news, because I am no longer vegan and can eat all of the stuff on the menu! If you are vegan, Ian really cares about vegans. He makes his homemade hot sauce with agave to ensure that there is no bone char that is commonly found in white sugar. Same with the tortillas; he has wheat flour ones that aren’t refined. If you are not vegan, he has free range meats, including his homemade pastrami that goes on the world’s best Reuben.(Not kidding.) The food is filling because the ingredients are so high-quality. There’s Hot Lips soda without added sugar, San Francisco Street Bakery bread, all sorts of goodies. There’s breakfast burritos, sammiches and some salads and soups sometimes. This place is SO. GOOD. See photos for proof.

sandwich vs. burrito ok. i’ll confess. i haven’t really written a review about their sandwiches, because i’m worried that 1. they’ll sell out(which has happened on occasion) 2. they’ll start increasing the prices(they start at 5.50) 3. there will be a longer line to get my sandwich fix. the menu isn’t expansive, which is nice, because that means that the sandiwches that they do have, is done really well. my favorite: the bird. especially when i’m having a rough morning, i like to say that i’m giving«the bird» to my grumbling stomach. The gooey, pesto dripping bread topped with arugula and prime cuts of turkey and melted provolone will make any hungry diva into a decent human being. mmmmm… but yeah, you should order from somewhere else, so i can get my fill. in fact, let’s men in black this and pretend you haven’t really read this review. :) oh and one more thing: with all the terrible service that is RAMPANT in olympia, i have to say that Ian from All fed up, the guys at Assyrian, king solomon fish and waterfront(with chef laurie nguyen) 5th avenue, nammy’s and Basilico are the redeeming restaurants of oly.

I went here with my wife for breakfast burritos. There were 3 to choose from on the menu. I ordered the carnivore and my wife had the AFU. Everything is made to order. The food was nice and hot and was spiced according to our specifications. The portion size was good. They use potatoes as the filler, and I felt like it took some of the flavor away. There were definitely bites that were bland and other bites that were full of flavor. I have eaten here five times and will go back. All in all solid.

This is seriously good grub and nice people making it and serving it to you. The breakfast burrito is the one I always get(carnivore one) It must weight two lbs, not kidding you. Very tasty, fresh, and filling. I often buy one and eat half of it at the time and the rest for the next meal. It is around 8.00 for a meaty burrito. They are in a little orange trailer on the corner of 5th and plum behind the old service station/coffee stand. easy to miss but worth finding! YUM!

I have visited this place 4 times but I’ve only eaten here once. That time was with a living social deal, so my friend and I ordered the carnivore breakfast burritos. They were pretty good. Not huge portions or anything, so I probably would have thought twice about paying $ 7. However I still have 3 burritos to get according to my deal and finding this spot open has become a challenge, so maybe the joke’s on me? For some reason they are generally closed the afternoons I visit, even though Unilocal indicates they’re open. All Fed Up please update your hours so I can visit when you’re open– your burritos are good but I keep ending up at California Taco Truck.

All fed up is the final side of the trifecta that makes the intersection of Plum and 4th Olympia’s finest cart corner. While not my all out favorite of the three vendors, they have nailed down their niche: Breakfast. They offer a few different options on the breakfast burrito spectrum ranging from very ordinary, to extraordinarily meaty, to goat cheesy hippie-dippie, and vegan. While that is a grand range, they don’t have all the options in the middle to make a large menu. I don’t count this as a problem, however, as Ian(cart owner /self proclaimed badass cook) is willing to customize when requested. Add both meat and cheese to the vegan burrito? No problem! How about the cheese that they use on sandwiches and not burritos? Done. This spot also gains praise for the use of the burrito-reminder-machine. There’s some name for it, but I don’t remember… or care. It functions as an electronic punch card, but also sent me a text message the other day to remind me that I need a burrito. Now this is technology I can truly embrace. While I don’t see myself stopping by for lunch with the other two neighboring options available, All Fed Up is the spot to hit in Olympia when you don’t have the time to brunch /deal with typical Olympia slow service. P. S. The name is accurate, you won’t be leaving hungry.
