Was completely ignored after I was told where to sit to get my pedicure. The water was running and the water was really hot! Nobody came to ask me if the water was okay until I said something and the foot tub was already full. I waited 10 minutes with Okay water and pruney toes by the time one of the girls finished doing someone’s manicure. Pedi went fine. Massage chair remotes, half don’t work. After the nails were painted, I got my foot massage(which they mentioned they do last to dry up the nailpolish). She puts on this spray on the bottoms of my feet to prevent slipping, I believe. By the time she slid on my sandals(managed to jack up a nail in the process and fix it) she ushers me to the front. I’m pretty sure that toe wasn’t done drying. So I paid and left with a wet toenail/slippery heels.(she did a half ass job with the foot spray wipedown). Will I go back? Probably snot!(yes, snot) :P

I have been going to Queen Nails for years because they do a good job. However, apparently now they don’t wish to have to pay credit card processing fees any longer and the lady literally told me I had to pay cash or use my card to get cash out of their ATM(which charges a fee). I asked if the credit card processor was broken(I was looking right at it) and she said no but it costs them money to take cards. I’ve never had this issue there before and I always tip in cash to make sure the girls get the money. I was astounded that they would be so rude as to demand that their customers inconvenience themselves and use a random ATM. It’s a salon. Everyone in the world takes credit cards. I own a business and I pay credit card processing fees in order to offer my clients the convenience of paying with a card, even for small transactions. I paid with cash and walked out. I will never go back.

Came in here to get a full set, not sure what the name of the lady who did them was but I’m guessing she’s one of the main ladies since she was taking all the money. I had previous hot pink nails on and was going for a red, she didn’t bother drilling off the color good so I still had a nice chunk of pink under my nails not to mention they were really thick! during the process she was very lazy while filing, and aggressive while drilling that she ended up cutting my cuticle and was just gonna let it bleed until I told her something about it. Definitely don’t need that experience again, will not be coming back.

Seating is ridiculous. Air conditioning must have been broken because it was so uncomfortable. Go to Amazing Nails instead. Only came to Queens Nails because Amazing Nails was booked. Wont return.

My best friend and I came here for spa pedicures because we had heard good things. We needed a little pampering before our trip to Vegas and we couldn’t be happier. We each got the duchess pedicure which included two extras(we chose the mint sea scrub and paraffin wax). Feels and looks amazing and didn’t break the bank! Will definitely come back.

Always in a hurry. Every time I’ve gone they only care on who’s next in line than who they have sitting getting their nails done. Yes you pay cheap, but you get treated cheap. Also, I asked one of the guys to change something with my nail and he said he could not. The customer is always right!

I usually never have a problem here but today was absolutely ridiculous! My sister got a mani and pedi and by the time we got home all of her finger nails were messed up. The girl but 3 layers of color: one nude then sparkles then clear and didn’t let them dry in between colors so they all just popped right off basically. I called back and the man said that they don’t do refunds but will repaint them. The same this is going to happen we just want our money back. Unbelievable!

Went to get pedicure. Asked about their top line package. Cindy offered queen deal for $ 38 and $ 5 for art work. So my total should be $ 43. I told her okay do it. She was quit and didn’t talk much. When I was all done she total me oh it $ 48 now. I asked why she said it took me longer to do nail art. I said maybe you tell your customers that if u can’t do something that you well charge them extra. She said I well tell u next time it’s going to be $ 10 for art. I told her forget u. I am never coming back to dishonest people. I would never recommend queens nails to anyone. They don’t even clean their carts yuck !

I’m new to town and my friend told me I had to try this place. I’ve been to a LOT of nail places. This was by far my best experience. I needed a fill. They fixed the crappy job my last nail place did and had a great selection of colors. My shellac is prefect, no steaks or imperfections. I will not go anywhere else from now on! Prices are average for the area. Make an appointment or be prepared for a long wait.

Went here with my best friend Emilia and had a great time. Amanda was so awesome with me. Gentle and quick. My friend said her tech was so rough with her. She said she wouldn’t go back to the same girl. Make sure you got on the other, she’s great. In all my years of getting my nails done, this is the first time I’ve left and not had one complaint.

I regularly attend this place, and they are pretty much spot on all the time. The prices are decent. It’s usually filled with people, which to me is a good sign. I pretty much enjoy every manicurist and pedicurist that I’ve dealt with over there. Out of at least 40 times I’ve been there, only 1 time was I unhappy. Pretty good odds. I enjoy coming here and make it my nail salon every time I get a mani, pedi, and shellac put on.

The first time I went this place was overbooked, noisy and not that clean. Additionally overpriced. The chairs are broken down and very few of the ladies speak very good English. I went back a second time due to my mother in laws insistence that it was a fluke. Second time I made an appointment for my husband and I and come to find out they didn’t schedule us and the guy I wanted to do my fill said it would be 1 ½ hours to wait. Unacceptable. Will never go back.

These guys know what they are doing! They were very patient with me. They did pink and whites but made my nail beds look longer. It was awesome!

Awful! The nail tech wasn’t even paying attention to my feet nor my shellac manicure. Every option is a la carte — ends up more expensive than a professional salon.

Moved in the area about a year ago. Found Queens Nails. I really like this place and would def recommend Amanda, she does a great job. Price is also reasonable compared to others here in Turlock.

after skimming reviews on Unilocal, decided to check this place out… Obviously I’m not a local, but fair enough I’m out here pretty often(twice weekly). I phoned ahead as some of the reviews said to do, especially on nice weather days because they tend to get busy and fill up pretty quick. First a gentlemen sitting near the door welcomed me and asked what I needed done? I had previously called and spoke with a woman. She too greeted me, by identifying me by my name, and confirmed I needed a full set? I had already mentioned I was limited on time. then came the options of what kind and what style, slightly overwhelming went with traditional French tip gel pink and white. … Results = AWESOME, loved it and I will be back again the next time I’m in need for another mani-pedi session. Devin(spelling?) was my manicurist he did exactly as i requested«square and thin if at all possible» THANKS D!

I have a confession to make. When the weather is cold and my feet are not on display for the world to view, my pedicure practice becomes a little scant. Yes, it’s true. Now when the weather starts to turn a little warmer, my little piggies start feeling the need to expose themselves. The quest for a good pedicure becomes crucial. Queen’s Nails came to my aid during this critical period. Several of my coworkers recommended Queen’s Nails. I don’t live in Turlock, but my tootsies were practically screaming for treatment. So I decided to give Queen’s Nails a go. The place was packed! Nail techs were bustling. Clients were chatting. Fortunately I didn’t have to wait long before a nail tech guided me to a massage chair complete with pedi spa tub. She skillfully shaped my poor sun deprived toenails and gave them a lovely French pedicure. I was feeling adventurous and decided to add some cute little flowers. Pink of course. I’m not normally the type to bedazzle my toenails, but the little pink flowers looked so dainty and delicate. Not at all garish. Queen’s Nails provided me with a nice pedicure. Definitely what was needed in a pinch.
