Located close to the flea market on East Ave, I hit this place up on a Tuesday as I was leaving the flea market. Everything was half-priced! I got a practically brand-new jacuzzi baby bath for $ 3! Score!

such a great little thrift store this has become(and becoming). as other reviews of mine mention, nothing compares to the now defunct salvation army and emanual hospital thrift store. i digress. located on the southern side of East Avenue, this is a place where you definitely can score a bit on vintage knick-knacks and the occasional vintage dior or ysl men’s ties. usually not the place to find furniture or kitchen items, but there is always a large variety of dishware to parooze. furthermore, you’ll be able to find some items to curb your crafting desire. all in all, it is a hit or miss type of place, but being one of the very few thrit stores in the area around, it’s always a great place to check out when you find yourself bored. however, like the individual first to review, i do/did not find tuesdays to be too overwhelmed from the flea market up the street.

This place gets straight up CRAY-ZAY on Tuesdays, in conjunction with both their half-off sale and the flea market up the road. For real. There’s like a crowd of roughly 30 outside waiting and the parking lot is double-parked city. I like this place simply because it reminds me of the thrift shops of the days of yore — it’s small, cozy, dimly lit, nice prices, treasures to be found. They are very nice and friendly — they even let me take an item one time as I was short on cash and told me I could pay them back next time. Imagine that!
