I’ve lived in this area for years but had never eaten here. So what a pleasant surprise to discover recently that they sell a very satisfying sausage and meatball parm sub. The sauce has just the right amount of flavor and the rolls aren’t those squishy kind but have some body to them. I also tried a steak and cheese which had lots of meat on it, and the slices at lunch are good too. It’s Greek style pizza but lighter on the cheese than some others. Nice crispy pepperoni slices, too. If you have happy memories of meatball subs before Subway ruined them, check out this place!

Love everything I have had here so far. My favorite is there steak bomb, mmmm cooked perfect and loaded with all the good toppings. It is the best steak sub I have tried around here so far, not sure if anything else will top it. There pizza is wonderful as well. I Will be returning here for sure

Their pizza is excellent! I’m usually just a cheese pizza man, so I don’t know about any specialties, but it always does its job as a quick, inexpensive dinner. The eggplant parm sub is pretty good too. The French fries are mediocre though, so maybe try something else? Their slices are good for lunch too, decent sized and not too pricy, but they only serve them until 2:00.

Had friends over for pizza and ordered a large from Turners Falls Pizza and they did not let me down, the pizza was as delicious as I had promised my friends it would be. Also, we had slices during the pumpkin festival and that was as good too. The pizza here has been consistently good every time I order one!

New management did a great job at the Turners Falls Pizza House. New gourmet toppings and excellent service. These guys can now call themselves one of the best in the valley!

The food is poor quality, they try to hide it by over cooking and melting poor quality cheese on everything, my «spaghetti dinner» was way over cooked with old reheated sauce probably many times. with a 99% lettuce salad and and very hard piece of bread, then to the cheeseburger grinder, cold, greasy, bland and expensive. their standard delivery time is 45min even if your a block away, no napkins, silverware with my dinner for the $ 8 I spent on spaghetti I should have bought a box at the store and paid $ 6 to a bum on the street to cook it, it would have come out better, if you want pizza try Food City much higher quality.

Delicious pizza with crispy crust. Toasted cheeseburger sub — yum. Clean, clean, clean and nice service.

I got this pizza because it was the only place open after 10pm. I am from New York so I guess I can have higher standards than people from New England. But this pizza was some of the worst I’ve had. Soggy, greasy, the toppings were put on UNDER the cheese, and the cheese was burnt. Damn, Turners Falls, you have really low standards for pizza around here!!!

Great pizza! Poor listening comprehension. Look, when I screw up with my lady, a pizza is the tip of the iceberg, and I tip well if you’re able to write, ‘Sorry I f***ed(or the equivalent) up, here’s a pizza my heart” on the box so when she opens it, she is full of hearts and rainbows and feels better about my being a jerk. You’re the jerk, TFPA. You’re the jerk.

Pizza House is feeling it located in downtown Turners Falls. They have a variety of tasty menu options. They also carry a good selection of sodas, as well as alternative beverages such as Powerade, Vitamin water, Golden Peak ice tea, and Dasani bottled water. They had Trivial Pursuit that but each table so if you’re eating in the restaurant there’s a little trivia to come with dinner as well. Window front sitting, which makes it fun to watch what’s going on downtown Turners Falls. They also have seating far enough from the front door and we don’t get the chills every time someone comes in and out.

Meatball sub was really good. So tender and perfect amount of sauce. Bread was so crispy.

Taking the time to write this review for one reason: the barbeque chicken pizza — deep fried hunks of chicken and a BBQ base. I never would’ve guessed I would like it as much as I do. It is a winner!

I’ve been here twice. The most recent time, we were pleasantly surprised at how fast our food was ready. The new guy who took our order did not know how to do a couple things, but the other employees were ready to help and we had absolutely no problems getting the correct order. Everyone was pretty nice, and I liked being able to drink a beer while I waited and playing(a very old version of) Trivial Pursuit, which was entertaining because of how old the questions are! The food was delicious… hot and fresh. Editing and adding another star. The personal pizzas are delicious and very reasonably priced. I always get a personal cheese with mushrooms. Fast and always good.

Turners Falls Pizza is a great shop located in the heart of Turners Falls. The shop itself screams«welcome home», and when you walk in the front door you feel like a part of the community. We ordered a few pies to-go on Friday during the dinner rush and it took under 15 minutes to get our food. The pizza was great, but the only critique I have is that the mushrooms on my pizza were canned and not fresh. Overall, this is a great pizza shop that puts out a great pizza. We will definitely be back in the future.

This is one of the best pizza places in Franklin County. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. They have a very broad menu and I have yet to find a dish I was not happy with. Not everything is perfect, due to their high call volumes and lack of phone lines placing an order for delivery can be an exercise in frustration. When they give an estimated delivery time, it is usually on the high end if not exceeding the high end. This is annoying but I’ve also never gotten cold food from them. Their promotion of getting cards with your pizza to redeem later is great and keeps me coming back again and again.

The wife NIA here once were not impressed by the by the quality of the food or the portion sizes. We thought this place is overrated and unexcelled. For an appetizer we split the Garlic bread with cheese it wasn’t very garlicky then we split a house salad which is Little more than greens and some carrots then for our main course we had a pizza I’m not sure what kind of pizza was it so that just speaks to the volume of quality.

This is our go-to pizza delivery place. Their food is good, their pizzas are the best we’ve found in the area, their dinner plates give you real value for the money, and they deliver promptly. But one mark of a good establishment is what happens when they DON’T get everything right. This has happened a couple times, and without any question or guff they promptly place a credit on your next order, with a little extra. When a pizza arrived in an hour instead of 45 minutes, the deliverer handed me a few extra cards(you get a card with a large pizza, and 12 cards gets you a free one). That’s service. One consideration to keep in mind is that out of Turners, their delivery hours are limited(as well as requiring at least a $ 15 purchase). Effectively, quarter past 8 on a weeknight is the latest you can call them and still get a delivery, if you’re in Greenfield. Another factor is, as a couple other reviewers have mentioned, that the place is hopping, call volume is high, and being placed on hold for a couple minutes is frequent. If you have a burning need to have the instant and full attention of the answerer, by no later than the second ring, this might not be your cup of tea. The owner is a local, by the bye(a high school classmate of my wife, as to that), who definitely is committed to doing right by the community. (EDIT: And with my wife and I moving out of Greenfield and just around the corner from TFPH, we got to eat in for the first time a couple nights ago. It’s a clean, well-appointed, almost elegant space, and I grinned at the touch of a box of Trivial Pursuit questions at each table. Sweet.)

Greenfield definitely lacks in good delivery pizza on Sundays when all the in-town options are closed. My fiancée and I ordered from Turners Falls Pizza House. The food was delicious, but the service was great, hence a 5 star. The owner said all the delivery drivers called out today. He was a little late getting our order(I didn’t even notice really), and comped our ENTIRE order since it was over the 45 minute estimate. We were surprised, but he said he’d rather have us be happy and order again. That is customer service!

Top five pizzas of all time. They must use some kind of baguette dough for the crust, it’s amazingly light. Toppings are perfectly greasy, give your pie a minute to setup, otherwise you will lose all of your cheese. Make sure you get hamburger topping. They they put it on the pizza raw, then into oven… mmmmmmm. Also, just about the best cheeseburger grinder on the planet.
