This is the third time in a row, in a month, this company has screwed up. Three weeks ago they didn’t completely empty the container. I called. They said they get it the following week with the regular pickup. My pickup day is Friday. After that, I was totally skipped over, no trash was picked up! Tried to call but since I came home after 5 o’clock on Friday and noticed it, the office was closed. I called the beginning of the week to figure out why my trash hadn’t disappeared from the curb and the lady I spoke with said she would schedule an early pickup for me Tuesday or no later than noon on Wednesday. Guess what! No pickup! I called back AGAIN. This time the lady I spoke with told me it was noted that the container wasn’t on the curb. (This container hadn’t moved since the first incident when it was only half way emptied.) She said they would pick it up at the regular scheduled time on Friday. Keeping in mind I now have over two weeks worth of trash outside, some in bags in a tote next to my trash container, I tell her and she says she will schedule Friday’s pickup as a double pickup and make a note for the driver to collect this extra trash as well. It’s Friday morning and about 30 minutes ago (5:30am) I watched the WM truck pull up, empty the container, and drive off, leaving the rest of the trash in the tote on the curb. I immediately called Waste Management Services and their office doesn’t open until 6am so I’ve spent my time typing this review until I can get someone there on the phone for the LAST TIME!
