I agree with Dianna, this is definitely one of the better Coach outlets I’ve been to. Even when it’s busy, it doesn’t seem to stay that way for long. And there are always a lot of employees around offering to help, but not in a pushy way I’ve never felt. And then, of course, there are the purses. Great deals! They also give out coupons sometimes for even bigger savings. I also like that everything is clearly labeled. Sometimes at stores, you find an item near a sign for x amount off… but then it’s unclear until you get to the register that oops, it’s Not on sale. Womp womp. Not here! The rest of the outlet mall isn’t as exciting as other malls that Coach is located, but it’s still worth checking out if you’re in Champaign/Charleston areas.

I have been to other Coach factory stores in the past(i.e. Chicago and Dallas areas) and most of them suffer from the same unpleasant problems: crammed wall to wall with people, lines out the door, and somewhat dated goods. This Coach store, I am proud to say, doesn’t really suffer from any of these. I have been here a few times and every time they have been busy, but not packing people in like sardines(phew…some of us prefer to breath while we do our shopping). This may be b/c this particular outlet is not located by a major booming metropolis, and therefore out of the way for most folk. And, yea, a few pieces are still kinda dated but a majority of it is not which makes for some pretty good deals. This store makes me never want to buy full-priced-off-the-shelves Coach items again. I’ll feel I have just been ripped off!!!
