Blue Pacific Property

Blue Pacific Property is the most unprofessional, the most unethical real estate company out there… BEWARE! They are lazy liars. My complaint is about the President/​CEO himself Thomas L. Michael.
This man will never provide you any information that you want. I contacted him by email, voicemail and even text message and he would still not respond to even the most basic of questions for weeks at a time. Then I later find out that he was withholding information, which is against the ethical policies of the CA Dept. of Real Estate. He should be worried about his license being revoked once the DRE investigates his tactics (soon).
He pushes to sign the contingency removal forms so that he traps you into the real estate transaction and knows that you cannot get out of the transaction. He is so unethical, that he asked to remove contingencies before I even receive the information: he will ask to remove the appraisal contingency before you get your appraisal, he will ask to remove the document/​report contingency before you see any of the documents.
This entire company is all about commission and don’t know what honesty or customer service is. I’m sure Thomas L. Michael, Sharon Michael and Blue Pacific Management Inc. will soon be shut down for their actions.
I have so many more examples to share, but will withold the information until the investigation is complete… an update will follow.
