I’ve been shopping here for a while now because I work at the district. I’m always happy with my service and the clothes I buy but this review is solely for the terrible experience I had today with MONICA.
I walk in the store and it’s completely empty. The sales girl MONICA doesn’t even acknowledge me and when I ask to try on this dress she just walked to the dressing room, put the dress in and left without saying a word while scoffing. I actually liked the dress and handed it back to her and said I wanted to purchase it. She then takes the dress from me and puts it back on the rack. I then say, «no I want to purchase it» and she looks totally confused. As she was ringing me up she was just totally rude with no sense of customer service. This store is never busy and doesn’t seem to have much of a following so I suggest they do something about their sales associates to keep the customers they actually do have.

Best things happen when you least expect it, which is how I feel about this boutique! I was just wandering around at the District and decided to go in to see what they have. The associate was kind and I bought a dress during a 15% off President’s Day sale. Definitely coming back!

My sister and I stumbled upon this boutique at The District at Tustin and immediately fell in love with the store. The clothing and accessories are very unique and the pricing is moderate. The sale rack was 50% off and I found amazing clothing items! I definitely recommend shopping at this boutique and will be back many times in the future.

One of my new favorite stores! I happened to walk by Jasper Plum one day after lunch and fell in love with this store. So many cute clothes and accessories. The prices are great too — not as expensive as other boutiques that I shop at. The employees were nice and kept taking my clothes to a fitting room while I shopped. The sale rack was 50% off which is better than most stores. I definitely recommend shopping here!

This is the former Madison Bleu. Came in to buy a few things to go out of town in. Sales girls were helpful and friendly. The selection was great! Cute accessories and clothing. Definitely coming back soon.
