Went by today around 5:15pm and ordered 4 cheese and 3 pepperoni pizzas. I thought I would be waiting for them, but they were«hot & ready» as advertised. The store was clean and inviting, and the staff was polite and professional. I was in and out of the store with my 7 pizzas in less than 2 minutes. The pizzas were great, especially for the value($ 5 per large). I will definitely visit again. Thank you!

This place does not anticipate everyone getting off from work from 5−6pm pizza should be «hot n ready» but it’s not. The pizza rack is always empty and the wait is 10 – 15 minutes. This place does not live up to its slogan of fast pizza.

There is never hot n ready cheese pizzas when we come in to store. The hot n ready ovens are empty and at the beginning of a lunch rush at noon there should be tons

Every time I go, I order, a lady behind the counter tells me, «There’s a 10 – 15 minute wait,» I reply, «It’s never Hot-N-Ready,» lady says something like, «Well, if you got here 10 minutes ago,» I pay, wait, get pizza, drive home, induce a food coma, and repeat 2 weeks later. The pizzas are never ready here. I love Little Caesars deep dish pizza, especially the bacon creation(inventor deserves sainthood). The crazy bread and dipping sauce are fantastic. It doesn’t matter what time I show up for this so-called Hot-N-Ready pizza(even though deep dish has Hot-N-Ready hours of 4 – 8PM), it is never ever ready. NEVERREADY! Calling ahead doesn’t help the wait either. Service sucks, too. Employees are rude and ignore customers. If they are not at the counter already, they’ll make eye contact and hide in the back until there is a crowd of customers. However, I’m willing to put that aside if I could just get a damn Hot-N-Ready pizza without the wait.

I talked to my lawyer friend about this«bacon on deep dish pizza». He said that it Is LEGAL! So I went and picked up a few boxes and invited friends over to try it out. #amazing #DELISH #thisCANNOTbeLEGAL! Way to hit the ball out of the park, Little Caesars! #yum

I drive by this location almost every day, but I never knew it existed till my friend wanted some! The service was fine and our pizza was ready within a few minutes. It’s really hard to beat the prices of the to-go pizzas, but eat them while their hot or you could really taste the inexpensive ingredients.

It’s not gourmet, but it’s pretty tasty, especially for $ 5. No complaints — it’s always been an easy in and out to pick up the hot and ready pizzas.

Yesterday.(Wednesday) I called to see how long they are opened for, around 8pm or so. I wanted to get pizza for my nephews but they wouldn’t be home until 10pm, so I wanted it to be as fresh as possible. At 9:15 exactly I placed a call to order a pineapple pizza and the man who answered said«hold up» as soon as I said I want a pineapple pizza, and then said that they are only selling hot and ready ones. I’m thinking they asked Diana(co manager)(that’s what he said) and she denied my request. I was annoyed cause I am assuming they cleaned everything up to go home early and didn’t want to make me a pizza. That’s horrible business, I’m suppose to call rob but failed to do so today. Horrible service.

We got pizza today at work from this location and while a 5 dollar large is a good deal it was definitely not hot. The pizza was cold and tasteless to be honest. Breadsticks are the only things that are saving them at this point.

Waited about twenty minutes for my order, only one crew member was nice. The rest where vulgar(to one another) gave little regaurds to their customers. Horrible at greeting and seeing customers out.

My order will be ready in 15 minutes? Perfect. Just enough time to review the horrible phone service before I even got to the shop. When you call they answer the phone asking if you would like to order their regular round pizza or their new something or other. The first time I called I answered, «The round one,» to which the clerk answered back what I thought was a confirmation, «Round?» He must have thought I said«Juan» because that’s who picked up the phone after he made me wait two minutes on hold. When I informed Juan that I would like to place an order for pick up his response was, «Huh?» After I repeated myself I could hear that the phone was laying on the counter by the cash register. Juan was overheard to say, «I don’t know who that is.» After waiting for another minute to see if anyone would pick up the phone, I finally hung up and try it again. This time the phone just rang and rang. Nobody answered at all. This is probably the part where I should have called Domino’s or Pizza Hut. But I figured, as the former Duchess of this Little Caesars, I would give them a third try. This time someone answered and asked if I would like their regular round pizza or their special whatever it is. I dared answer the same way: «The round one.» The response I got? «What?» I repeated the question the man had asked me when I called. And I answered in a complete sentence that I would like round pizza. He laughed and thought I had said I wanted brown pizza. Out of patience, I did not find this amusing. After I finally got my order placed he asked my name. I said, «Carrie». He said. «OK, Mary. Your order will be ready in 15 minutes.» Ugh.

«hot & ready» sounds cheap & it is CHEAP! C H E A P S E R V I C E I went in to pick up a quick dinner. Hot & ready was not the case as there were about 3 others waiting on food. I ordered a half and half deep dish. Cashier misunderstood order tried to charge for two, corrected mistake & moved on. Next my 3 year old(whom i just toilet trained) starts dancing around saying he had to pee. Their restroom is in lobby.(in past trips they let my 4 year old daughter use restroom.) When i asked Shift leader, she said no sorry company policy. Now my Baby boys begging for toilet, so i say if I have to leave there & drive to another restaurant I want my money back. She says no i cant do that. to which i reply i want owners name she then proceeds to state his name verbally. I reply that I want her to write his information on paper i ask if shes purposely being difficult, & then She comes back with only his name on a piece of paper! I tell her I’m not psychic write his phone number down. She does, and then asks me what I ordered, I say why? Are you gonna top this experience off and spit in it too? She replies no. My son is begging to leave begging to pee. I say give me my food or give me my money. If he urinates on your floor I’m going to go ballistic. She refunded my 11 dollars. Customer service is a joke. Not one apology = all Teenager attitude eye roll hands on hips etc. Customer service here is a joke! Employees are all kids, no professionalism no courtesy. Not one grown up to supervise. I am Beyond pissed. I still like product but my money & the business of my friends will go to another Location or store(Costco) I value compassion integrity and service. I’m not argumentative by nature. Customer service just SUCKED. Fyi… Mr. William made it to a potty(just barley)& if I was a ghetto bitch I would have let him pee on the shrubs outside just for spite. I took the high road as a parent in that regard.

Whenever I want to feel a little bit nostalgic I’ll head to Little Caesars for some crazy bread and $ 5 pizza. It’s not the most gourmet and it is probably not made with top of the line ingredients but for what it’s worth it’s pretty good. It’s cheap, it’s tasty, and it fills the pizza craving quite nicely. Just remember that this place is cash only and don’t go in with expectations of pizza that will blow you away otherwise you’ll be a little disappointed, but if you just want pizza, come here. And get the crazy bread while you’re at it!

Good pizza for $ 5. Very clean place. There was no wait, nobody inside. Some people expect the pizza to look and taste like Bj’s pizza but it doesn’t. Still it taste good and cant beat the price. Private Parking lot.

Yay! I’m a fan! I know that Little Caesar’s isn’t exactly a new concept but I don’t think that a $ 5 large pizza will ever get old to me. Sure it isn’t the greatest pizza but I love the fact that you can get in and out with a decent pizza fairly quickly. My fiancé and I brought a few to a potluck this weekend and everyone was happy. Picking up the pizza was quick and painless. I also can’t really complain about the service… our dog only had to wait for us in the car for a total of 3 minutes.

Pizza on the cheap. With tax, a pepperoni is $ 5.44. They had a dozen ready and waiting to be purchased in the warming oven at dinnertime. Excellent.

This is a relatively new restaurant/take-out place. It has horrible service! This is my second time. I only come here because my child’s club wants to order the cheap pizzas. I guess you get what you pay for. I have called in orders and both times they did not have the pizzas ready when I asked for them. I think this is poor service when it needs to be during a certain time at a certain place. I wish I could order the pizzas elsewhere. They don’t even give complimentary plates like other places. One time I picked up the pizzas and the slices were all different sizes so some of the pieces was useless for the club meeting. I complained to the asst. manager this time and all I got was«passing the buck.» The manager blamed it on the person who took the order over the phone. If you’re the manager I would expect that person to take the responsibility and apologize. All we got was a small bag of free bread sticks. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
