Ok. Here’s the thing. In a cynical world where customer service is disappearing from most everything, some businesses stand out. Then there are some which would be outstanding even if everyone else was good. Loyalty garage doors is one such business. Outstanding by a margin that is more than I’ve seen in any industry. Yuval has come to my house at short notice in Irvine twice. The second time he refused to charge me because in his eyes it was a trivial fix. In reality he left a solid impression. I have meant to post this review since Thanksgiving! My garage door spring broke and the wiring for the garage door opener was pretty messed up. It worked at times, other times it didn’t!
The owner of this company came out the night before Thanksgiving and spent several hours (until 9:00pm) fixing my door and re-wiring my chewed up (by a mouse) wiring! He was very kind and worked as fast as he could to get the door working properly. He really cared about the problem and making sure he left with the door entirely fixed and with everything clean and neat. Very conscientious, very pleasant! I will use him again if I ever have the need!

I had 5 companies out and all said I could not have a conventional garage door opener installed… Then Yuval came and said «I can do it». And he did … 3 hours of hard work and I have a working very quiet garage door opener with a 10 year warranty on anything that doesn’t work! He was very polite and did the work on the same day as the estimate. I would highly recommend Loyalty garage doors !!
