Found out yesterday my daughters friends had lice. I looked up Unilocal and made a few phone calls. The salons were booked and Pixie Locks was the first ones to call me back. They were available on a Sunday and made an appointment for a person to come to my home and treat and check everyone in the household. The person assigned to my home unfortunately had an issue and couldn’t make it but Pixie Locks had a back up Tiffany and she drove out all the way from Corona to make my appointment. She was very knowledgeable and taught us all a lot about lice. She also showed us how to check ourselves. We feel a lot better now and have the peace of mind that my daughter has been professionally treated and the rest in the household are lice free.

Dealing with lice is not something you look forward to all your life. Tiffany was amazing! She called me back very quickly, available based on my needs and very supportive. My 5 year old had a bad case and Tiffany was so gentle, calm and reassuring. Answered all of my questions and I had a lot! She was easy to talk to and really cared about the success of the treatment. She even followed up by text to check on us! Hope to never ever need her services again but if we do, I know who to call! My daughter liked her as well. She asked if Tiffany could come over for a play date but not to comb her hair. There was enough of that, she was done! Thank you Tiffany and Pixie Locks!

Called Pixie Locks after being notified from my daughters school that they found eggs in her hair. She had previously had lice and it took me a long time to comb her hair out.
Tiffany came out that day, even though she was not due to work that day and carefully combed out every egg, nit and bug in her hair. She was nice, friendly and very informative. My daughter who usually screams every time I try to comb her hair, even sat patiently for her.
She checked all the heads in the house which was a relief because as soon as I heard my daughter had it, my head started itching just thinking about it.
I would reccommend Pixie Locks to anyone going through lice. the Comb that they use is the best comb out there and I highly encourage anyone to use that instead of using combs provided in the kits. The kits are also full of chemicals and Pixie locks uses all natural methods to comb through your childs precious head.

I called Pixie Locks and left a voice message on their answering machine. The recording said that they try to call back within 15 minutes and that they did. Tiffany came to my home on the same day. She was wonderful, friendly, calm and reassuring. I hope that I never have to use a lice removal company again, but if I do, I will call Pixie Locks right away.

Having been faced with both my children having lice, I was so grateful to know of Pixie Locks, who are an in-​home lice removal service. Their helpful and sweet attendant came to our home to clean, de-​louse and thoroughly treat my kids’ heads. Pixie Locks does not use any of the neuro-​toxins that are so harmful. They use all natural, yet highly effective products they have developed to rid hair of lice. Once was enough to get rid of the lice. This was not the case when I tried at home treatments years ago. I used Pixie Locks to come back and perform re-​checks on my children, and my whole family as a precaution. It was so worth it. Using Pixie Locks was highly effective and gave me peace of mind.
