We came here after friends recommended it to us. I had a pedicure and my two girls got their toes painted. Go early, they literally have THOUSANDS of designs to choose from. That’s probably the hardest part of the visit. It’s family owned and they made us feel very welcome and were so sweet to my girls. We will definitely return.

Came in with my friend right around noon and was immediately greeted. No rushing us to pick our colors, nor push to get the pricier manicures. Quick Summary: Nail Trim: 8⁄10 Cuticle: 10⁄10 Nail Polish(Gel): 10⁄10 Design: 10⁄10 Customer Service: 10⁄10 Price: 8⁄10 *Side Note: I am Vietnamese and can fully understand what people say when speaking Vietnamese. There is no name calling or bitching when asked to redo certain things. Trimming the nails wasn’t a 10, more like an 8. Slightly uneven, but the lady(the mom) was more than willing to keep redoing it. I would suggest cutting your nails first before you come in if you’re picky about things like that. Honestly, not noticeable with nail polish on. The manicure itself was great. Brought a picture of what I wanted and shockingly got exactly what I wanted. Couple reviews complain about their cuticle, and I have no clue what they are talking about. My cuticles are fantastic. Will post a picture later. Another reviewed talked about how awkward it was for the lady to speak her native language to her husband while working on her nails. If you don’t want or like that then go to an American Salon. People will speak their native language because it’s easier to converse. If you and your friend go out and find it’s easier to speak English to one another than it’s no different. Utterly ridiculous for language to be an indicator of skill. Honestly in any place you go restaurant, retail(where I work), and nails if you don’t tell employees what you want they won’t know. If you didn’t like your cuticles after they did them, SAYSOMETHING. The employees there ask you after every step(trimming your nail, cuticles, nail polish) if everything is alright. If you didn’t say anything then you got the manicure/pedicure you wanted.

Exactly what Tina said below! Worst pedicure I’ve ever had! I’m assuming the husband is the one who did my pedicure. literally just rubbed the lotion on top of feet, only up half of my shin. DON’T COMEHEREEVER!!! I REALLYJUSTHAVENOWORDS!

Am writing this review as I am still actually getting my pedicure done. . I passed Rocky Nail Spa the other night and thought I would give it a try! The salon looks fairly clean but the couple who are here(I am assuming husband and wife) are not overly friendly. Their daughter was here when I arrived and she seemed pretty friendly but he had to leave. The husband did my pedicure which was the shortest pedicure experience I have EVER had! There was hardly any foot or leg massage and he seemed to rush through the whole thing! The woman did the design on my toes, which is fantastic and which is why there are two stars! It looks like I will continue on my quest to find a new salon! I am changing my review to a 1 star as both of my big toes are sore around the nail and are also in grown from the sloppy trim job! I

I only went to this place because I was in the area for business. Their customer service was awful. The lady that helped me looked angry and kept speaking with a gentleman in her language(awkward). The stars are for the nail quality. She did an okay job but only because I had to complain about everything she was doing wrong. Not to mention the bad job she did on my cuticles. Overall if you’ve got nowhere else to go, go here.

I went to rocky nails because they were very friendly over the phone when I called 10 minutes before closing and they said they would wait for me. And for the most part, they did a good job. My nails look nice but a little sloppy around my cuticles. And I’m happy that they didn’t butcher my cuticles like other places. I probably will go back again since I work near by.

The best nail salon in the area! You feel comfortable & right at home! No surprise prices or extras, it’s all listed in the wall to see. They are professional and clean, never super busy so you can relax. Highly recommend.

Loved Sandy! She has a great personality and is a really nice person. I hate to leave a negative review but… I’ve only ever had one other professional manicure but I’m pretty sure the soapy soak part is done in warm water, not cold, right? Do they usually leave dirt under your nails? Do they always use the cuticle cutting tool to push/scrape? I thought the polish part is just supposed to be the frosting on the cake. To me «manicure» means softening, trimming, sculpting and moisturizing cuticles. But, if they do put polish on, they’re not supposed to miss the edge of your nail by a mm, right? If this is a typical manicure, I’ll stick with doing it at home.

My fave go-to nail salon! Sandy & her parents are great! I’ve been a client from their first location — but this space is even bigger, cleaner & location is great with plenty of parking. They take appointments & walk-ins. They also provide waxing services. A great family business…

This was not a very good experience. Because it is family owned and run, the mother and father tell the daughter what to do and when. The dad did my pedicure, and after the daughter started my manicure, her mother told her to stop mine and go do another woman’s manicure. So the daughter did! I couldn’t believe how rude! Then the daughter says to me(when she first started my manicure) that I have really pretty nails naturally. Then when she leaves me to start the other lady, she says the exact same thing. I am positive she was trained by her parents to say that. Anyways, the actual manicure and pedicure were just ok. I was already chipping on two fingers by that same night. I won’t be going back. I also recommend you don’t go either.

This is an awesome nail spa, my go to place! I LOVELOVELOVENAILDESIGNS and SANDY is great at it!!! Ah! So pretty! There are soooo many designs to choose from, I literally can be there for hours just figuring out what I want. If you can’t figure out what you want, just ask for advice, they will help figure out which design/color may look more flattering on your nails/skin tone and what is «in» for the season. Everyone there is very nice and welcoming, the manicures and pedicures are done with care and precision. Prices are also very good and the gels last long. It’s my place to go to get some TLC and R&R. Oh, Rocky also walks around the salon, he’s such a cutie patootie and very nice.

Family owned and super nice! There was so many designs to choose from and so many colors. The people were gentle on your feet and nails. The designs were so cute and the price were so cheap. Would go there again!
