Tustin Villa Apartments

Me and my two friends were about to move here after we were helped by Karin. Karin was extremely kind and helpful in giving us all the information we needed. The apartment complex is very clean and well kept and was very quiet the past three times I came. At the time there was a two bedroom, 1 bath apartment for 1,062 sq ft and it included gas, trash, and water! It was such a great deal and even the application fee was free. We were so stoked in living there; however parking is horrible there. Karin told us right off the bat that parking is horrendous and so we came to visit the apartment complex at night just to see it for ourselves and it was so bad that we couldn’t find parking until we were two miles away. There’s one guaranteed parking and one permit for first come first serve, but we have three cars so the third car would probably have to park 2 miles away. It was so sad not being able to live here due to the parking situation because the apartment itself was so nice. I wish they can use the land by the 7 eleven and make that into a parking lot.

I have my dramatic story of getting a tenancy at this apartment and I couldn’t be more happier with what I received.
Manager obviously care about filling the vacancy so its strictly first come first serve, I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and manager received two applications in between but she recommended me to near by apartment which was equally good.
I was renting for my parents and apartment has a good walk score. my parents are happily living there. So I explained my problem to manager.
I got call after a week where in manager was making effort to help me and the other person who was eager to move because his job changed. So happy ending… I got the place.
This was an unexpected and a kind involvement someone could do.

Check out these apartments with the most rudest customer service! I told the girl I won’t be able to make the appointment because my newborn daughter is sick and has to go back to the hospital and she seriously had the odacity to get mad at me saying she is completely booked and there are other people who would like to see the apartment and that I could have told her before she turned away the other people. Oh i’m sorry lady that can’t be sympathetic to my situation. Sorry that unfortunate events happen that require me, as a parent, to tend to my daughter and give her the attention she needs because her health is more important than checking out some stupid apartment. And Thank You for showing me that this complex with your rude unprofessional business skills, unkind and cold hearted people skills, is NOT for us.

Horrible Management. I was charged $ 200+ for other residents stuff that they threw out. When I moved out I left with Everything I came with. The manager told me not to clean or vacuum when on my last day but I’m not one to leave a dirty trail so I cleaned and vacuumed and was charged $ 300 + for new carpet & paint. I kept my apartment super clean, hardly any furniture and no shoes inside the house. Maintenance is useless. 3 times I had a leak coming from above. twice through the electric fan on the ceiling and once throw a window. All three times I had to wait over 2 weeks for someone to come. 9 people moved in around the same time I did and all 9 residents moved out in a matter of our last 3 months there. what does that tell you. Horrible Horrible Management. She’s an older, horrible woman that dresses like she’s in her 20’s. Horrible.
