I have had a terrible experience with this company. I am an out of state homeowner who rents my home in 29 Palms. They were sent in to do a QUOTE on some maintenance and repairs to my rental home but instead took it upon themselves to go in and start doing the work without being hired. The estimates were over the top expensive for what I needed done therefore I had no intention of hiring them to do the work. They turned around and tried to charge me for the unauthorized work and over estimated the cost of the materials used/​replaced. I know how much they cost, I installed them. I feel as though they tried to take advantage of the fact that we live out of town and could not do the repairs ourselves and I feel as through we were lied to about the material costs and how much was used. I would not recommend using this company, especially if you are in a similar situation and live out of town/​state!
