Chelsea knowledge is extensive, her products are unparalleled, her work is amazing, and she is an equally wonderful person. I have VERY sensitive skin and her products do wonders for my skin. I’ve also seen Chelsea regularly for over 2 years now for a variety of things including waxing, tinting, facials, and microderm. Her services are excellent. She is invested in making you look and feel your best. I recommend her to anyone interested in top-notch care with a knowledgeable and caring esthetician.

Can’t ever get ahold of the owner. They don’t have a manager and the front desk girls don’t know much of what’s going on due to bad communication so good luck contacting anyone about issues. And when you do have a problem and finally get ahold of the owner you get tossed to the side and never get contacted back. The employees are friendly but always late. The boutique prices are pretty high for low quality clothes and jewelry that breaks.

Booked a couples massage. My husband and I were shown into a very dreary and dark bathroom to change. She handed us slippers that looked old and worn — she struggled to find a size that my husband could wear. The robes were almost as bad. After changing and filling out our forms we were told that the second massage therapist was ‘running late’ driving in from Dallas. I asked by how much and she said 45 minutes! She offered us lunch at Breakers next door while we waited, but who wants a meal before a massage? She said 1 of us could go and the other could wait for the other therapist to arrive. HOWISTHAT A COUPLESMASSAGE??? We said we would reschedule for later, got dressed and left. We were not even told goodbye when we walked out the door despite 3 of them being at the register!!! The place was the exact OPPOSITE of relaxing — felt old, grungy and dark. WILLNOTBEBACK.

I have been here a couple times. Once for waxing. The aesthetician was professional but didn’t do a great job. I’ve had better elsewhere. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either. My stylist was very good and professional. She did a great job of knowing exactly what I wanted even though I probably wasn’t very articulate. Later my husband purchased a spa package for Mother’s Day for me. The massage was fantastic. I fell asleep twice; I was super relaxed. Then I had a facial which was very refreshing and effective. They even have a mimosa between services.

Last September, my daughters and I had shellac nails and pedicures done at Belladonna. What I thought was going to be a real treat did not turn out so well. My nail polish bubbled up and the nail tech had to remove the polish and start over again, and after it bubbled the second time, she admitted that the polish had probably been sitting there for about a year since they had not put out their new fall colors yet.(Don’t they do inventory???) She offered to do it over but I could not bear sitting through the process for the third time. The finish on all of our nails did not look professional. By the next morning, the polish was already chipping. The thing that makes me most unhappy is that I have attempted to speak to the owner about this, both in person and over the phone. It is now February and I am still waiting for her return phone call. This is definitely not the way to treat your clientele!

Went in to buy a dress in the boutique part of the salon. Upon arriving, there were three young girls behind the counter texting away. Nobody looked up, nobody greeted me, and it was like pulling teeth to get any service. I will not be back.

Went here for one hour couples massage. Massage was mediocre but when we checked our watches at end of massage it only lasted 45 minutes. Paid $ 85 each for 45 minutes. Not a good value. Better places in Tyler
