Was somewhat apprehensive about going here after reading some of the Unilocal reviews. Haven’t had lobster for 10 years so thought I’d take advantage of the Lobster Fest promotion Hit there on a Thursday @ 2:30, so kinda had the run of the place since it was past the lunch rush. Our server Paul was an exemplary server, just couldn’t ask for a better experience. I ordered the Lobster Lovers Dream and the wife got the grilled Mahi Mahi with pineapple habernaro sauce. Mine cost $ 31.99 and hers $ 21.99 just FYI. Everything was quick, hot, and delicious. Maybe we got lucky or maybe the other reviewers just got unlucky, but based on our experience, we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

Bartender was slow. A shiner draft took 20 minutes to pour. This place can’t grill a steak. Either over do everything or under done. Manager on 1÷30÷2016 couldn’t even stop by to talk to us about the issues. Came all the way from Houston to have dinner with my daughter cause she wanted to eat here…

We ate at Red Lobster at around 2:00 this afternoon. We got seated fairly quickly but I had to go to the host after waiting 14 minutes to request a waiter. Whats weired is that during this time waiters were walking right by our table as if we were invisible. Five minutes later our server named Marissa came and took our order. During the meal she would dissappear for 10 minutes at a time and our drinks would go empty. Normally the service has been good at this Red Lobster put today we felt like we were again invisible to the staff.

We used to love it here. The last couple of times the experience wasn’t as great and the last time was awful. It isn’t cheap and our lobster tails were mushy and gross. Wish I could try it again to see if it is improved but I just don’t want to waste the money.

Good news first: Chris was a great server! He made sure our drinks were always filled and was very attentive. And as always the Cheddar bay biscuits were delicious. The bad news: I ordered the crab legs with potatoes and a salad. The salad was okay, potatoes were okay but the crab legs were way over cooked. Crab leg meat is not supposed to come out all gross and hard. It was way too overdone. I was disappointed to find this was the case for each little leg :(so I soaked the crab legs in butter in hopes of making it better. I hope Red Lobster steps up their game and will cook the crab legs right next time. Or I’ll just go somewhere better.

Ate here with family for dinner around 8. Seating was immediate, but it took 5 – 10 minutes for our waitress to appear. I ordered tea and it was pretty good. No screaming children is always a plus. Overall pretty good.

In town from Arlington, Tx. 1st everyone at our table were given half full salads(6). Everyone one else at other tables had salads overflowing. 2nd no refills on drinks or bread(had to ask). 3rdEVERYONE at the table had lobster or crablegs and we had to ask for butter. Bill was $ 179 and spouse still gave her the recommended tip. Did i mention the hard dry lobster tails($ 30). Never again. Horrible…

Really good service. Me and my family stopped in late last night. We got seated purply. We did however have any issue with the A/C being to cold but they did correct it. The waitress was very friendly and very helpful with our order. I would definitely recommend this place. I’m just visiting but I had to voice my opinion.

Went for a rare date night with Hubby, and as usual the food was good, the service was great. Literally no wait for a table/booth, but it was a Thursday evening. It was a bit of a wait for a waitress for menus and drinks, but not terrible, especially since they had two large parties that had young children, which meant several wait staff having to tend to them. I chose the Endless Shrimp, with a Baked Potato, so I could get the Parmesan Garlic Shrimp Scampi while it was available. I also had the normal Shrimp Scampi, and a taste of the Coconut Shrimp Bites, I couldn’t finish it all. The Parmesan Garlic Shrimp Scampi, while a very nice taste, had the cheese topping almost solid over the dish which make it difficult to enjoy a bit of it with each individual shrimp. I ended up using a fork to cut the dish into sections so I could enjoy the flavor of the topping. As usual, the Garlic Shrimp Scampi was great. It is a favorite of mine from Red Lobster. The Coconut Shrimp with the Pina Colada sauce was good, but it was a bit over cooked for my taste, but not burnt. Hubby had the New York Strip with Baked Potato and Roasted Asparagus. he had a really nice size steak, and he said it was cooked perfect to his taste, the potatoes seem to be getting smaller but they are still so good baked with sea salt on the skin(I stole a spear of his roasted asparagus — yummy!). The Salad for both of us was fresh and crisp with mixed greens, chunks of cucumber, and slices of red onion. The biscuits were as good as always, but weren’t refilled(but then again, we didn’t specifically request it). We had received an email for a free appetizer or dessert, so he had the dessert of chocolate cake with ice cream(I was too full from shrimp, but I did sneak a bit and it was good). Overall another very nice experience.

I visited this location for my husband’s birthday on 10÷11÷14, it was a terrible experience. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order, another 10 minutes to bring it, I don’t know if our waitress was over worked or just terrible. I ordered shrimp and scallop fettuccine Alfredo, it was more like a soup… there was no coating of sauce on the pasta and lots of little chunks of milk solids were all over the plate… it was inedible and disgusting. The clam chowder was so oily that I when I lifted my spoon out, the chowder slid off leaving no residue on the spoon, seriously, the spoon looked clean. I saw 2, maybe 3 managers speaking into their microphones rushing around the restaurant like a matter of national security was at hand… it was around 4PM, no dinner rush happening yet… I tried to stop one to let her know her cooks don’t know how to cook, but she was so busy talking into her mic, she couldn’t be bothered.

As soon as I walked in, the restaurant smelled like public bathroom deodorizer. Over 30 minutes waiting to seat 2 people when the floor was not full. I don’t know if they didn’t have enough waitresses but even the bar was unattended.

This is the 2nd time i have eaten at this location. Once again the food was great but the service was even better!!! we were 8 people and the wait was supposed to be 20 minutes. it was a Friday night so they were busy. at 40 minutes i ask to speak to a manager, Brandon shows up, he makes sure a table is set up as fast as possible! then we get Rory(ask for him) he made our night a delight!!! i am happy that when a problem develops both managers and staff do their best to make the night great!!!

Delicious. Snow crab legs were amazing. The carpet was dirty and staff could have been better. Still best sea food in town. Grab a coupon from newspaper and save 10%.

I am really not one to grip, but tonite was at best terrible. It had been at least a year since I had eaten here last. Got there at 7:15. Ordered a shrimp nacho appetizer. It was colorful chips with queso and a few miniature shrimp. Our Caesar salads had enough dressing to make at least six other salads. We got our main course at 8:10. My shrimp and oysters were cold, so were the fries. The best part of the meal was the asparagus. The tauter AND red sauce tasted so bad I was scared to even use them. They both had a strange wired sweet taste. My son’s baked potato came with some sort of lobster sauce that was definitely tainted! He ordered fried shrimp also. They were cold and no way were they fresh. Our waiter tried his best, but was slow as molasses. The table next to us was never cleaned or cleared of the leftover food from their patron. We got out ticket at 8:35, and waited another 10 minutes for our change. So, 1 hour and 45 minutes elapsed between our arrival and departure, only to be out $ 70.00 for a horrific meal and dining experience. I will never go back there again, and if this was a normal food quality night, I can’t imagine them staying open much longer.

Terrible experience. Entire ordeal took 2.5 hours. Had to wait 45 minutes for a table for six, only ones waiting. They have plenty of tables/booths that seat six. Then the service was very poor and slow. The food was awful, very salty, small portions and over priced. This place has really gone down. Stay away.

The ‘slobster of days past has gone through an extreme make-over. Now that they have made an effort to serve more than simply fried seafood. For those of us that like a healthier approach, and don’t want good seafood ruined by deep frying, the change has been good. They normally have some type of lobster or crab special, as well as a limited fresh catch. The cheese rolls can be addictive. Still noticed the crowd tends to be on the retired side.
