I came in the store so I could get a Peppermint Mocha to-​go for my drive back to Athens. It was kinda busy, & they had «sold out» of quite a few of their menu items (but at least they were kind enough to put «sold out» stickers over the items as to let people know). Their restroom is also a one-​seater, with some super-​thin paper. They did get my order ready in a quick enough amount of time. And they also have free wifi!

OMG. Is there any city that has a Starbucks where after 8:00pm the only concern of the employees is something other than cleaning up to go home? Why even stay open after 4:00pm if the evening customers are going to be looked at as an inconvenience.

I have come in here 3 days in a row and there is a line to the door and only 2 baristas working. It doesn’t matter if it’s morning noon or night or a weekend or a weekday. The service is terribly slow and I never see a manager on the floor. I wish there was a Starbucks in south Tyler so I didn’t have to come here. I hate to give a bad review but it’s the truth. I know the Starbucks standards being a former barista. :(

Food & drinks were standard Sbucks fare, but delivered cold, stale and with a string attitude from the staff. Try the drive thru. The bathrooms have been filthy for 3 years.

Got a free green tea smoothie that was made extra! Has a ton of plugs for computers and lots of ledge space. Nice outdoor area with umbrellas if needed.

This is the closest one to my house so when I have a sudden need for tea, I am there in two shakes. Great service and the people are awesome. I personally have never had an issue except when they could not make a frap for me due to equipment issues.

As far as Starbucks goes… This one is fairly typical. Quality is good. Inside has been redone fairly recently (Important because this SBUX has been around for awhile… Used to be the only one in Tyler) Service is good & fairly quick. You get what you expect @ this store.

I love going to this Starbucks. I usually order a caramel Frap, and breakfast sausage sandwich. My order is never wrong, and I get everything at a timely manner. Although if you are considering getting the breakfast sausage sandwich you have to be dere extra early, it tends to sale pretty quickly. I recently went back a couple of days ago and it is being remodeled, to be honest it seems to be catching my attention a lot more.

Great place to sit and relax inside! Drinks are good but sometimes service is a bit slow. Only issue … outdoor seating area attracts young people that sing and talk loudly. If the singing was good, it might be ok.

I could do without the eye rolling employee, but the outdoor seating area is wonderful.
