Had to cut our trip a day short because our 6 yr old daughter got violently ill in the middle of the night. Stomach bug. So upon checking out I told the manager we cleaned and soaped the couch and cleaned the floor. I asked if there was any way he could refund our last day, he frowned and said no. Now I understand he is trying to run a business, but we are repeat customers. It would have been a nice gesture on his part to then offer a free night next time we come or take care of us. The front desk staff aside from that is rude. Girl with long bad extensions has a horrible attitude. And Alex is just as snotty. I don’t believe we will be back. Treat people kindly, understand life happens and try to sympathize with people.

We have visited this park for the last 3 years in a row. The first year it was ok. Nothing special just a place to be but brand new jump pillow and tons of kids activities. Next year there was even more new stuff and improvements. Went June 2015 and they are reworking sites adding covered patios to some, new seating areas, and continued improvements of the facilities. It is great now. I highly recommend it. Oh yeah, they also have an outdoor movie theater and a HUGE play set for the kids. We RV camp so I can’t speak for the cabins but they look clean from the outside. The family that owns the place could not be any more nice and really enjoy having you as their guests.

This is our first Jellystone experience and the first time to take our girls(6 and 3) «camping.» It’s been great, and the facility is tidy with lots to do. The staff has been more than kind and cheery; they genuinely seemed happy to be here. This will go down as a wonderful memory for our family, and we will stick to the Jellystone brand while our kids are young. They make it easy with all the scheduled activities and amenities. We stayed in a double cabin. It’s nice having the girls in their own room, but I think we’ll go for the loft next time. The decks seem bigger, and there’s a living area, which we’ve wanted several times this trip due to some rain. Cabins were clean & modern. They’re small but well thought out. The deck is not covered, so we’d bring a canopy next time. Also, $ 25 for linens for the weekend was totally worth it.(We saw on the website that linens were available for rent.) They’re clean, and there were plenty of towels, etc. Beds & pillows weren’t that comfy, but it’s better than a cot in a tent! We look forward to returning but also visiting other Jellystones now that we know what to expect out of them.

This Jellystone park, has a lot to do for the kids. 2 pools a hot tub and much more. On the other hand, the sites are very small, all gravel. The bathroom need updating. My boy refuses to use the bathrooms. I will not be returning.
