The worst dentist I’ve ever been to. Maybe because I’m a MassHealth patient, I got the worst treatment ever. The place is disgusting. Do not look to the immediate right when you go past the front desk — that’s the dentist’s «office.» It’s a gross, disgusting mess — exactly how he treats the inside of your mouth. There was no minty tasty stuff, pick thingies, or floss involved in cleaning my teeth — just an automatic sander he could have bought at Home Depot up the street. He sanded off each tooth, then asked me if I wanted him to sand the sharp broken tooth down extra hard. Ummm, yeah, that’s why I came in Bub. I’m new in town, you take MassHealth, and my tooth broke yesterday. If you only use a Black & Decker on MassHealth patients, then yeah, go to town on my busted tooth with it. It’s humiliating enough that I’m old and poor now, but to be treated inhumanely at a dentist like this was new to me. Here it is months later, and I just called to have my xrays forwarded to another dentist. I got the same woman on the phone who barely speaks English, who serves double-duty as the receptionist and the hygienist(but apparently not the dentist’s desk cleaner). She says I have to pick up my xrays, they don’t send them. I told her I moved and don’t live near there anymore. I asked if they could fax or email them. No, she would have to charge me to send them. How much? $ 10 charged to my credit card. Like I would EVER give Ambiance Dental in Tyngsboro my credit card number! So yeah, I’ll make a day of it, driving back there to get my xrays and will spend way more than 10 bucks on gas. But I’ll never ever have to go there again. I think even MassHealth dumped them as a provider. Who would go there with real insurance or cash?! A few hours later: I picked up my xrays — one measly folded up piece of paper with a few 1×1″ photos on it? TENBUCKS to fax, email or mail it? Unbelievable.
