I can not stress/​urge how great the customer service, enthusiasm and care is at this place. They strive for perfection to get every bit of your glasses and lens perfect.
Unlike the eye chain I used to go to, this place really takes their time to make sure every detail is precise and accurate. Also they will do what they can to help you save money, and they also will split up the payments.
They never once tried to sell me something I didn’t need, unlike that «dr» chain which tried to sell me some computer glasses for $ 400+. And also make up some kind of story where my glasses are too old to work on and might break, forcing me to buy new frames.
They also had great communication, letting me know what they were doing with the glasses, like when they told me how they weren’t satisfied with how my sunglasses looked (cuz my lens were too thick due to my really really really horrible eye sight) and sent it somewhere else to get it done right. (Gotta look swag in my shades!)
Also, when getting my eyes checked, the optometrist (forgot her name but she was SO nice and knowledgeable) really took their time to make sure I had the correct lens. The last place I went to rushed me through the process and for 2 years, I ended up with inaccurate lens. I kept on wondering why my eyes were always so tired and why my eyes had to focus all the time, now I know why.
They’re a mom and pop store so they aren’t badgered by corporate to make sale sale sales and meet this and that quota. This lets them actually do what they LOVE to do most.
They also have the latest technology for lenses unlike other places. So it really gives you peace of mind knowing that you’re doing what ever you can to take care of your eyes for the future.

Nice shop. Tons of selections. Easy to get to and find. Staff was helpful and not overly forward or pushy which is a relief in this area. Service was really quick to.
BONUS*** they had what I was looking for without having to order (I order very rare or hard to find glasses)

Great little boutique! I shopped around a lot and this store definitely had the best variety. Customer service wasn’t too shabby either. The sales guy wasn’t too pushy and since I wanted a new style, made some great recommendations on which style of glasses I should wear.
Definitely coming back for my next pair.
