I have used Five Star Concrete, Inc. for foundations for a home, for an office building, for two driveways, and for a parking lot. I have found them to be very customer oriented, very concerned with delivery of a first rate quality product, and anxious to form a highly professional and long lasting customer relationship. They have been very patient with me and have helped me problem solve some situations that would have been much more expensive had they not had an eye out to really help their customers. They looked out for me, helped me, and followed up to make sure their product and services were what we needed. I will use their company again and again and again. I recommend them most highly and without reservation.

Very disappointed with this company. Called weeks in advance to make an appointment for concrete for this Friday (3÷13÷15) at 10am. We received a call this morning (3÷12÷15) from five star concrete letting us know that they have to reschedule our pour because they have bigger companies who are their priorities not us smaller companies to tend to. (Manager/dispatcher Rudy)
we are stuck trying to reschedule all other contracted workers because of five star. The concrete team and western pump.
BEWARE to those who are not «BIG“companies. They can not follow through, horrible communication and terrible customer service.
Luckily we have just found an alternative company who was able to pour for us tomorrow at the time we need and at a better rate!!!
