Cvs Pharmacy

If I could give this place a lower rating, I would. This is by far the worst, most unorganized and frustrating pharmacy I’ve ever been to.
Don’t ever ever ever think you can just pop in to pick something up here.
The line always long.
They never open more than one register.
And the pharmacy staff is so slow they might as well be moving backwards.
There’s literally times where there are 5 people working the pharmacy, and a line of ten people and only one person bothers to open a register. That one person will be on the phone about a customer issue and no one steps up the help; so your standing there for 30 mins to make a 2 minutes transaction. It’s beyond frustrating.
Not to mention the extreme lack of parking and terrible entrance/​exit.
Stay as far away from this place as possible!!!

This place needs a total make over from appearance down to the core, every time I ever came here to pick up meds there is always a huge line with usually one cashier open, there are three registers so why not use them? Just can’t seem to understand why I have to wait so long every time I have to pick up meds, the staff that work the pharmacy department are nice and friendly which is the only reason why they got the extra star, oh and they have a self check out in the front if you are there for regular pick ups.

This is pretty much your average CVS. I haven’t had any experiences particularly good or bad here. The pharmacy does take a bit longer than I’d like, but not outrageously so. The pharmacist is also very nice, but most of my interactions are with the assistants. The store is generally stocked pretty well. Decent prices and weekly specials. I do appreciate that the one scanner for price check and rewards coupons works. They also have a very large parking lot that they share w a liquor store on the other side of the lot. I think the main thing that would tip the scales either way about this place is the employees. Most of the time you can barely find one, and when you do they are usually apathetic about your questions and the job itself. Every now and then you’ll get someone helpful and friendly, but that’s few and far between.
In summation, they’re convenient, good for quick errands like picking up meds or buying shampoo, and next door to a liquor store.

Manager Anthony is Very rude.
Cvs is not a meat factory where you process big blobs of meat. Learn to deal with customers.
Seriously CVS headquarters need to do something.

The place is awful but it’s the closest one for me to get any medication. There’s always a wait, even if you are just dropping off your prescription but it’s even worse when you are going to pick it up (or so you think). Several times CVS calls and lets you know that your medication is ready. Once you show up, and wait on a line that doesn’t seem to move, they tell you nothing is available so you may have to wait another 20 minutes. It’s a disorganized mess.
When purchasing other stuff and not picking up meds, it’s self checkout. The lines on this also get long and for some reason they never put an actual staff member to help decrease the line by being a cashier. With my last few trips, it’s time I make the trip to a different pharmacy.

Terrible wait time to drop of your prescription. I’m currently in line and it took me 40 mins to be attended. There has to be a better way to handle this.

I somehow tend to be around a lot of CVS stores in my day to day travels and this one is the worse for slightly annoying reasons. It seems like half the customers there can’t work the self checkout and they don’t have people at the registers like other stores. It is kind of funny to hear the bowling alley upstairs when you shop around though.

What can I say? Have to pick up my meds here. Cigarettes are pretty reasonable. It just depends on when you go here. Lines can get very long, even at thr express check out. This place is a necessary evil at times.
