This store is ALWAYS packed with people. It’s kinda hood too, so don’t go up in here if you can’t handle some mean muggin and over all bad attitudes. And this is from customers not staff.
The lines are always too damn long. Customers yell at the cashiers to open extra registers. Some customers just walk out and leave their buggy full of stuff in it. I came in for 4 balloons for my mom’s 38^th (again) Birthday and customers were angry that I didn’t pay for my balloons first like the sign said. And before you think «Why would you do something like that CoCo?». There was an employee already blowing up 20 balloons for another customer, so I decided to stand in line behind her only after asking the employee if I needed to pay for the balloons first or if she could do it while she was already blowing up the other balloons. She told me that it was fine to stand there and she would get mine while she was over there so she didn’t have to keep leaving her register…

So I kindly told one of the Mean Muggin A customers to mind her business before she gets the Sugar Honey Ice Tea knocked out of her. Which, I only did after she involved me into the conversation. She was complaining to the cashier that I must not know how to read «Because the sign said See the cashier first to pay for your balloons». WTH. Did this heifer just say I must not know how to read? HELL Yeah she did… And yes, I am still a Sweet Georgia Peach” but I come with a little Scotch Bonnet in me too. After I made myself clear she walked her big fat fanny on back over there to the line from whence she came. Another employee quickly came out from the office and got my four balloons ready for me as I waited in the other line to pay for them.
This is a BIG store. Full of stuff so you can easily spend $ 30 – 40 in here. Well stocked and even has better XMas stuff than many other locations. My only complaint as far as the store goes is that it can get very messy throughout the day. Someone needs to be there doing a walk by down every aisle to make sure things are tidy in the store… Great customer service. Staff always friendly. I think they need to get paid more to work at this location!!!
