Gail and her staff were very friendly and helpful. I had very tight hamstring and could not perform a proper stretch when I walked into HPPS. In only a few weeks Gail taught me how to properly stretch and she also helped me strengthen my core. No more tight hamstrings!

I ve been to a bunch of pt places in my life and this place is great. The physical therapist Gail was great. I found this place on a referral and saw an ad and let me say its worth a visit if you need pt.
Gail helped me alot and showed me some great exercises to do when I m watching tv or working at my desk.
They have lots of machines also if that’s what you need.
I have a couple months of PT for a foot injury and I m going to come to Hudson PT for all of it. Good luck if you go there. I m sure they ll do a good job.
