I have shopped at Lane Bryant for over 12 years people have always been really friendly there, well that was not the case today. Even though I walked in knowing what I wanted I still needed help with sizes. There was only about 2 or 3 other people in the store, everyone else was offered assistance except for me and when I looked for help, both of the workers there tried to act like they didn’t see me. I walked around for a few minutes still needing help and no one bothered to say anything to me Another customer walked in and was greeted and asked if she needed help twice as I was standing right next to her. Today’s customer service was horrible, I Love Lane Bryant so I will just go to another location even though this location is closer to me it was still not worth the short drive. Very dissatisfied

This review is about customer service, not quality of product. Twice in two weeks I’ve done the order online with store pick up. Each time I’ve received lack luster service where the employees argue over who «has to look for the order.» No one smiles, no one says thank you and they are really slow. The service at the Fremont Hub location is far superior. From now on Ill make the longer drive!

Love this store. Yes, it is for larger girls only so this review will not apply to all women. Yes, the prices are on the high side; however, if you watch for sales you can get a lot of clothes for less than you would normally pay. I think this last time I went in I got 8 new shirts for about 90.00 instead of 24.00 each due to a sale they were having.
For the larger breasted women — — - I know Victoria Secrets is «all the rave» and I have some of them too; however, Lane Bryant is just as comfy and supportive as VS bras and they go larger than VS does. DO NOT HESITATE to go in and asked to be fitted they will be more than happy to help you.
