Pizza Hut

Do not order here. Last time I ordered a pizza to pick up, when I came into the store there were a family of indie descent, barefoot standing on the other side of the counter near food. Major food safety concern, oh and the wing were sloppy and the pizza dud not have many toppings other than the cheese. If I could give negative stars I would.

I ordered a pizza online for future pickup at 12:00pm today. it arrived on time, and my order was correct. BUT, the stuffed crust was these huge, tennis ball things with little or no cheese in them. that is one of my favorites parts of this style of pizza bc its like getting an appetizer with the pizza. my last experience ordering this kind of pizza was good. the pizza itself was good. I don’t know if the cook was new or what but he made the stuffed part wrong. I gave it three stars instead of four bc they got an important part of the pizza wrong. I will probably order again from there since this is my first bad experience with them, I just hope it doesn’t happen again. if it does, I’ll have to reconsider staying their customer.

I just called to order a pizza for myself & my sister. First off the lady who answered barely spoke English so it was hard to understand her. She definitely shouldn’t be taking phone orders. While I was ordered she asked me what type of crust for my sister’s pizza I wasn’t sure so I asked her to hold on while I asked my sister well while I was asking my sister i could hear her talkin about me to another employee. Repeating what I was sayin. Really B***h! So then when I asked what time of crust they had she ignored me. So I jus hung up the phone. I will NEVER order from this location again! This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced rudeness and bad pizza from this location it just sucks cuz it’s close to my house but I will go the extra mile to avoid this location.

I didn’t order delivery but their carry out seems to be pretty good. Unlike dominos down the street they can actually fill my order and provide excellent customer service when the pizza is not quite what was ordered. They r abit more expensive than other locations but I’d rather go to a place that knows how to fill an order and provides good customer service than a cheap place that doesn’t do any of that.

i always order the chicken Alfredo for pick up. Easy to order by phone and my order is always ready when I arrive. My kids and their friends love the pasta and the brownies.

So disappointed in the service here. Too bad, I like their pizza. I called 1hr 10 min after I ordered, and she tells me their driver will be back in thirty minutes. I said so my pizza will be 2hrs old when it gets here? She says yeah. I don’t thinks so Tim! Very poor customer service. Would explain the poor ratings. Save yourself the frustration. Never recommend. They don’t have menu out and in rush to get order. Quality is not like pizza hut.

Well this pizza hut holds itself to its own standards by not carrying the same deals (more expensive) as the main website on
. Delivery runs on LST (late standard time), generally missing sauces that I’ve paid extra for, cold entrées…
$ 3.25 for delivery charge & bad customer service on the phone when I try to fix it.

We ordered a pizza online and came to the restaurant to pick it up. When pucking up the pizza, it is wrong one amd without vegetible and meat is not correct. We ask for the vegetable and the clerk just put the raw vegetable and mushroom on the pizza directly. She said if we need the meat, we need to wait for another 15 minutes. I feel very disapponted about the quality of the service and we won’t go to this pizza hut in the future.

Literally once ordered at 8pm and wasnt delivered until 11:30pm, after they were already closed. It was the wrong pizza and didn’t come with what it was supposed to, nor did it come with the free pizza they said they would add due to the delay.
We went the next day and asked for a new one. While the pizza itself is usually pretty good, the service is laughable.

I’m torn between giving this place 2 or 3 stars. When comparing Pizza Hut to independent locations, I would say it’s 2 stars. However, based off what I was expecting from a sub-​par chain pizza place, I’ll go ahead and give it a 3 (also feel bad because of all these low reviews!).

~ I feel like Pizza Hut is a bit overpriced unless you use a coupon or a deal. We wouldn’t have ordered from this place if we didn’t have a coupon that gave a free medium 1-​topping pizza with the purchase of a large. If you don’t have a deal ready, I would skip this place.
~ Customer Service:
Unlike other reviewers, I experienced pretty good customer service. I ordered over the phone and the girl who answered was very patient and friendly. We even needed to call back to change our pickup time and she was happy to accommodate us without any fuss.
~ Food:
It’s Pizza Hut, so you really can’t expect anything great. If possible, I recommend going to Bronco Billy’s or something instead. However, the pizza definitely wasn’t bad — I do love their crust! For a basic pizza when you’re too lazy to cook, you can’t complain too much with what you get.

Basically, yeah it’s a Pizza Hut. Don’t order from here expecting anything hugely delicious. Still, I don’t think that it was as bad as a lot of other reviewers are saying. A solidly tasty and filling lunch that came at a fair price with a coupon.

I placed an order online at 4: pm to be ready at 5:30. You would have thought that would be ample time to prepare it. It’s now 5:35 and they’re just making it. They don’t seem to be very busy. I think they’re just very disorganized. I so want to like them as they come out with cool specials (ie cheesy bite crust) but they always seem to disappoint. When will I learn my lesson?

Pizza Hut? More like Pizza Butt. This is one of the worst places to get pizza from. It’s just disgusting.

This Pizza Hut is by far theeeee worst Pizza Hut I have ever encountered. I ordered a pizza on game day and picked it up, only to come home and find out it was burnt AF!!! I called immediately and spoke to the manager rose. She for one, should not be a manager. A manager is supposed to solve problems especially customer complaints. After telling her about my burnt pizza she 1. Did not apologize 2. Asked me to pick it up 3. Wants to see if my pizza is really burnt? Are you kidding me? Learn some customer service and go to school for management. We did not get a refund for the pizza and instead got a new pizza which probably has spit and all kinds of germs on it. Never coming back.

These are the bastards who make the worse pizza. These idiots did not let my son to use restroom when picking my order. The order pick up time was 7:40PM but delivered at 8:05PM.
Fuck these idiots and order your pizza somewhere else.

The pizza tastes like cardboard and with every bite I questioned the quality of ingredients. I’m currently praying I don’t get sick. Just don’t do it.

Worst experience ordering from here ever. Avoid at all costs. The delivery boy was so rude and forgot half of my order. Not to mention it took him an hour to deliver my food. Then when I call the store to complain and ask where the other half of my order went they place me on hold and forget about me. And when the delivery boy shows up with the other half of my order, he has the nerve to question whether I called the store to complain. What did you think I would do? Praise you? What a waste of money. All of my food was cold and bland, the pizza barely had any sauce and the jalapeño bites were gross! Never ordering from here again. I suggest you don’t either. Everyone needs to be retrained on proper customer service. Or fired altogether. If I could I’d give them 0 stars, but that’s not an option.

I finally got to try a Bacon Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza last night (they’re available for a limited time only).
I was twice out of luck when I tried to order one from the location near my house (if it suddenly burns down or catches ebola, don’t blame me).
Mildly Frustrating:
I placed my order over the phone (I was embarrassed when a BART train arrived– I called right after I exited my train, and I didn’t think that another one would be coming along so soon).
I almost hung up because the guy that I first talked to was dense and hard of hearing. Before he put me on hold, I was basically shouting at him (I had to repeat my phone number again and again).
Before I could rock out to the Muzak that was played, Joshua came on.
He was nice, but I got tired of answering questions (it just took too long before I could place my order). I was also exasperated and perplexed when he asked me if I knew what location I was calling.
No, I had a list of locations in front of me and just randomly called one. Duh.
(I made it clear that I knew that I was calling the Union City location.)
Inside:
There were 3 employees around.
A cute and friendly girl was my cashier (my total was $ 19.69).
Joshua gave me my food, and he impressed me too.
I was told that my order would be ready in 20 minutes (it was busy here, and so it was really ready after 25 minutes).
I killed some time by staring off into space (work meetings have trained me well).
Joshua asked me and the other customers, «Do you want any chili or cheese?»
(Chili refers to Crushed Red Pepper packets.)
He gave me 6 Parmesan Cheese packets, and was even polite regarding where he placed them.
Kudos.
The seating capacity here is 15 (there are 5 tables inside).
There are no more arcade games (in general, it looks nicer inside than it used to).
Wingstreet Wings:
The ones that I had from the location near my house were pretty good.
Anyway, there are 3 styles to choose from (Traditional; Breaded Bone-​In; Bone-​Out) and 8 sauces (ex: Garlic Parmesan; Honey BBQ; Buffalo Burnin’ Hot; Spicy Asian– just the way I like them).

The Ultimate Hershey’s Chocolate Chip Cookie ($ 5.46 with tax): 8.25÷10.
The price is what you’re charged after you make a «pizza purchase.»
My wife and I were quite pleased (I just had to heat up our slices in the microwave a little in order to soften them some more).

Bacon Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza ($ 14.22 with tax): 8.25÷10.
«Bits of hardwood-​smoked bacon mixed with three cheeses — mozzarella, provolone and white cheddar — jammed into the outer edges of Pizza Hut’s hand-​tossed crust and topped with more cheese, pizza sauce and one topping of your choice.»
There was a solid amount of grease (I lapped it all up with my tongue), but our slices were scrumptious.
They’re going to be pretty big, but it’s a shame that you’re only given 8 slices (large Pizza Hut pizzas are only 14″ — it’s an issue that I’ve complained about before).
Anyway, the cheese inside the crust was nice and gooey, and the bacon was tasty.
Our pizza as a whole was somewhat buttery (it also smelled good).

Horrible experience ever!
* Delivered 30 minutes late.
* I ordered chicken wings with buffalo medium sauce on it and I was given regular breaded chicken wings with ranch sauce.
* I call up to enquire about this and someone introduced himself as Sam. Oh boy, he was like «it’s all the same. is it that big of a deal?» then «we dont have buffalo medium sauce right now» then «the guy who fries it for us is not here today» blah blah blah.
1. He never apologized about the delay in delivery.
2. He has a really bad attitude about dismissing a customer’s concern outright!
3. He would bang the phone on you.
Wow, seriously? I’m not going back to this ever again.

The worst pizza I have EVER had. I haven’t eaten a Pizza Hut pizza in over 10 years so when the commercial came on the television and it looked good I decided I’d order pizza for dinner. I ordered a large Gourmet Chicken with white sauce and a Pzone Supreme. After taking my first bite of the chicken pizza I noticed right away it had NO sauce and the pizza tasted dry and bland. I only had one slice because it was so gross. My husband cut the Pzone in half and right away he saw that his had no sauce in it as well. Isn’t pizza supposed to have sauce? Am I missing something because I’ve never had a pizza before without sauce on it. We were both disgusted by the our food and the waste of money cause neither one of us could eat it.
Now the worst part! Two hours after eating that ONE slice of sauce less pizza I started throwing it up. My daughter who also ate a slice of the pizza got sick too. I will NEVER order a pizza from any Pizza Hut again. It is hands down the worst pizza ever. I’m nauseas just thinking about it. Don’t waste your money on this place.
