I can honestly say after doing 22 years in the military and traveled the world with many different doctors for me and my family, this is the WORST!
All of our appointments were three or more weeks wait (college physical for my son, husband pulled a muscle in his neck, routine check up for me) and wait times in the office were 40 mins to and hour. No respect for your time, what’s the purpose of having an appointment. The final straw was when I asked for updated immunizations because I was starting college and need two for admission. These people said I should go to the health department… wait insist that part or your service? Well, I have made a complaint with Tricare. This office definitely needs to be taken off the list.

I have been going to this location for at least the past ten years. I sometimes have to wait a little longer than expected because this practice have grown this popular. Once I am seen, I am never rushed and all of my questions are addressed. Every referral for outside assistance for a specialist has never been denied. Most offices can be nerve wrecking while waiting to be seen. However, this office has a calm and soothing effect. It is hard to find good doctors you trust. I believe I have found this practice to be one I will stick with for life.

Took my 4 year old son in for a Yearly Wellness check-​up yesterday which I paid an expected out of pocket copay of $ 25 as I am with Blue Cross Blue Shield. With my son still being in preschool, they require a (2 question) form just to confirm that he is healthy enough to attend school.
I have already grown tired of the long wait times I have endured for the past 4 years but, here is my issue, the doctor Pediatrician, Mrs. Yvonne Smith, proceeded to charged me an additional $ 20 just to write the words «Yes», «No», Sign & date the form. This (like with many other doctors) should be COMPLIMENTARY with a SCHEDULED Yearly Check-​Up! That’s like taking your child in for a sports physical, paying for the physical & then paying the doctor AGAIN to fill out the REQUIRED physical form!
Mrs. Yvonne Smith’s office is a total rip off! When I asked her about this ridiculous charge, she became rude stating that anything that requires her signature is $ 20! As if she was a famous celebrity! And she didn’t even perform my son’s wellness check-up…she allowed her FREE intern help to do so!
I am NOT one of her WEL-​FARE, MEDICAID, MEDICARE patients and will not allow to be treated as such! She has lost my business & respect FOREVER!
