Square One Heating & Cooling

Square One was one of three estimates I got to replace both a furnace and an air conditioner. Not only were they the best price, they were responsive, courteous and very easy to do business with. I will recommend to friends and family and will work with them again if the need arises.

Our heat went out on a freezing cold day. I belong to a community page on Facebook and asked for recommendations and several people recommended Square. We called and they came out later in the day. Chris was our technician and was very fast, efficient, and friendly. He educated my husband on the problem and answered several questions that we had. The price was very fair (far less than I expected and was quite frankly terrified of). And to take the honesty and trustworthiness to another level… he told us of another part that was on it’s way out… but told us that we still had time on it and didn’t need to get that fixed now. To me… that’s priceless. I completely trust Square One to give me an honest assessment, fair pricing, and to not take advantage of people in desperate need of service. It can be hard to find businesses with this kind of dedication to customer service and trust. I would highly recommend Square One!

Square One Heating and Cooling has been so great to work with. We have an older home and have had multiple issues with our furnace. Chris from Square One has come out a few times over the past couple months to preform the different services. He is always friendly, considerate and very patient to work with. He has a strong knowledge of the problems and has fixed them on the spot.
We have been happy with Square One because they are polite and friendly on the phone and in person, which is refreshing. Thanks so much Square One for saving the day… again and again!
