I have been bringing my entire family to Dr. Horn’s office for over five years now. Both Dr. Horn and his staff are all knowledgeable, pleasant, and great with the kids. The wait once you have arrived is never long. The office calls me if I am overdue for an appointment, which is very appreciated with the hectic schedule my family has. They are open early during the week (8 or 8:30) and also have Saturday hours. The Saturday timeslots do book well in advance, though. As long as you set your next appointment at your current visit, you shouldn’t have a problem. A couple of years back I recommended this dental office to the mother of my son’s friend, and was surprised to receive a letter from their office thanking me for recommending their business. This stood out in my mind because I truly appreciated the office taking the time to thank me in a personalized letter. Sometimes it is the little things in life that stand out.
