Requested a move in clean, which isn’t cheap they didn’t even clean the inside of the fridge which is the first thing you should do for a move in/out clean. The person who came to do the estimate specifically pointed to the air vent and said they would clean it and when I moved in it was so dusty! Besides wiping down surfaces, I’m not sure what they cleaned. When I called to complain (I never write reviews or complain, so you know it has to be bad), they offered me only $ 20 off! Really? That’s not even 10%. Needless to say, I won’t be using them ever again
