The jury is out right now. Recently, the Union store had signs all over the windows…“Going Out Of Business — Everything Must Go” Then the store was empty for a short while but «For Rent» signs by a commercial realtor never went up.
Now, shortly after January 1, 2016 a new sign is on all the windows… «Grand Reopening — We Buy Gold». New ownership? New Management? Chapter 11 Reorganization? Or, a tacky way to move out old inventory? Only time and inquiring minds will tell.

My daughter went to this jewelry store because she had a piece of jewelry she wanted to get rid of. When she came in she was immediately interrogated as to why she was looking to sell the piece… The gentleman asks «an old boyfriend?» which was none of his business anyway, she had the receipt and the original packaging… Blue box, very expensive piece… bought for $ 1300.00…he offered her $ 150.00…as she asked for her piece back he then came back with, ok I will give you $ 200.00…I would never recommend this place to anyone… they are not an honest establishment.

I’ve been goung to this jeweler for years. I started going because my mother recommend it. I love their estate counter it’s my favorite part of the store! I cannot go in here without taking a walk around it just to see if there’s anything that catches my eye, which there usually is! I don’t feel that they’re over priced at all. The staff is always very nice! I’ve NEVER had any issues here. The jewelry repair service is also excellent. I believe the mans name is Igor. He always fixes everything perfectly. There was one time that my anklet broke a few days after it way fixed and he mended it again right away for me. It took two minutes! They are always so nice and helpful here and if they don’t have what your looking, they will try and find it!

We really trust the jewelers at WB; the quality of their work and the service they offer. That’s why we are having an heirloom piece made from our own family gold. We are always warmly greeted and the staff is always happy to talk to us about what we are looking for. My mother has a beautiful diamond ruby ring that we purchased from the estate section and my husband’s and my wedding rings are from the estate section as well. They have become our family jeweler :)
The best thing that I have experienced with WB is their level of service and focus on the customer. Whenever we have purchased genuine gold pieces from them and then realized we didn’t want or like them anymore (which has happened a few times) they have always bought the pieces back and given us credit (which we gladly reuse in the store!) or a full refund back! They are always making the necessary effort to build trust and satisfaction in our dealings with them and therefore we continue to spend our money with them.
