I have been Coming down to this restaurant since day one. I have always been treated great the food is wonderful and it’s cheap with very nice portions.

I’ll give it to you straight. Food takes a long time. If you can’t wrap your head around the fact that a new restaurant takes time to adjust to cooking method + volume, and you’re gonna bitch about wait time, then don’t bother. If you go in knowing that this place is nowhere near fully established then you’ll be able to kick back and waste a few hours comfortably. Food is of good quality. I can’t comment on the entire menu, but I know I just got a 14oz burger that, albeit the wait time, came out hot with a hot side. Whoever is cooking is taking their time and trying to leave a good impression. Fucking. Cheap. Bottles are $ 1.50, my burger with egg/bacon/cheese was $ 9.00. I left full with a $ 12.00 tab. These prices/portion sizes won’t be like this for long before they bury themselves in food cost/bar cost/labor. Mark my words. It will happen sooner rather than later. All-in-all the place looks way better than the old building and if you don’t mind burning a few hours the food is worth it.

It’s a new restaurant with glitches but the food quality is outstanding, including presentation. The food from salads to deserts is prepared by the kitchen staff not servers and portion size is possibly to big.

I guess this restaurant just opened. It’s inside the Old Mahoney’s bar on Fayette Street. We arrived at 6:30 and didn’t receive our entrees until 7:45. We ordered the calamari and it was really good. The process was so long and drawn out to actually eat. The a/c was broke in the back dining room, I asked the server 3 times to turn it up and that’s when she came over and told us it was broken. I had to keep asking for water because I was so hot. I asked for a pitcher of water to keep at the table so the server wouldn’t have to run and keep getting me water. She brought it back asked for my glass and then wanted me to hold it and I did and she spilled water all over my sleeve of my shirt. Well, I got cooled down that way, lol!!! Finally, after that our entrees were coming out, two here, one here, and finally the other two after a 10 minute wait and our friends were already eating. When I got my food, it looked great. However after a couple of bites, there was a cold bite and I was like huh, it must be because it was sitting in back for awhile. By the way, I ordered the chix Parm entrée. After finishing our meals, it took another 15 minutes to receive our checks. We finally paid and parted ways to go home. After three hours of being at home, I was like huh, my stomach is upset. I could take it anymore so I went to the restroom to vomit all of my food up!!! Nobody should know what Balsamic vinaigrette dressing smells like coming back up!!! I was up ever hour going to the bathroom. I’m totally exhausted and weak from this dining experience. I will not ever return to the restaurant for dining!!!
