DO NOT USE FOR YOUR WEDDING! Over 8 months and multiple excuses later… my brother has FINALLY received his wedding pictures and video. The video is extremely poorly put together and the pictures all look to be completely unedited… and this is AFTER they showed up late for the wedding itself. Would give 0 stars if I could.

We hired Douglass and his crew to tape around 20 hours of video classes. The timeliness of the final product was fine, but the end product was unusable; the audio was consistently staticky and cuts in and out (battery issues, I was told – makes sense, but why not make sure your batteries are ready to roll for the day?); the video quality was poor (and our standards for video aren’t that high) – he angled the camera in a position that consistently created terrible lighting. He also zoomed in on the instructor and moved far too much for the tape to be usable. They arrived late – perhaps their most egregious mistake – on multiple occasions and none of the videos started when the class did.
We’ve taped about 15 instructors with about as many videographers across the country, with over 150 hours of video. This is the first time video has ever been unusable.

I wish I could give Dabtek 10 stars! Douglass Brown of Dabtek sets the standard in producing high-​quality videos. He is most professional videographer you could work with. I hired Doug on many occasions to film ads for my chiropractic office, videos for my websites and to film my daughter’s piano repertoire. Our videos are the best in the industry, hand’s down. Doug thought of every detail, told me exactly what to expect and what to do and coached me so that I would look great on camera. He took care of all of the details and all I had to do is learn my lines and show up for the shoots. Great price, great people, great footage, great editing, I couldn’t be more impressed!
