this cvs pharmacy is completely awful, the pharmacists are ALWAYS in a horrible mood. they are rude and unprofessional. I have tried being extra nice and friendly, quick and to the point, I’ve tried going in at different times… but nothing works. the staff in the pharmacy always looks overwhelmed and upset. I have tried speaking to a manage before but they are never available. One time the pharmacist threw the prescription back on the counter and said they were out of those meds, no explanation at all. I no longer go to this pharmacy, I can’t stand the abuse they give the customers.

This is for Robin. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. 12÷26÷15 i feel bad for her coworkers.

I just had major surgery and I was treated like criminal because my doctor wrote a prescription for Norco. The pregnant girl with the horrible eye makeup was too concerned about conducting an interrogation and the whole lie about the bathroom being under construction really pissed me OFF. Like for real? YOU’RE pregnant and working in a facility without a bathroom.
I was, so mad and in so much pain I has to be sent back to the car. After waiting over minutes my mom finally came out with the remaining prescriptions.
NEVER AGAIN!

0 stars if possible… Piss poor customer service. Why the «h» did i come here for? Incompetent at its best. Either did not received proper training or have a «just dont give a f attitude.» Would recommend to go to a different cvs if possible.

We have recently used this CVS for our photos. Marcie and Jackie have helped us on several occasions. They both are warm and friendly, yet extremely professional in the knowledge of their jobs. We greatly appreciate their excellent customer service!

OMG really this might be the worst CVS pharmacy ever.
I have been coming here for years and each time the are understaffed. People Are waiting in line to drop off and pick up.

Unfortunately I can’t give a 0 or even a negative star. This pharmacy will suck the life out of you. They quote a 30 minute wait and over 2 hours later I am still standing here with a sick baby. The waiting area is full of pisses off lied to customers.

Incompetent, disrespectful, not helpful at all. I will never ever buy or recommend CVS. I’ve probably spent thousands upon thousands every year because I thought they were reputable. I will make the inconvenient drive to WALGREENS from now on.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life! They’re so slow, and consistently make mistakes on all my medication refills. The manager of the store is the worst of it all, and is constantly a jerk to the costumers.

Worst pharmacy in the world! Hubby switched here and we’ve consistently run into issues and don’t even get me started on the pick up lines!

Is there a rating lower than the 1 star? The worst pharmacy EVER. You will wait a long time whether you are picking up or dropping off. I will never return to this pharmacy. If you need a pharmacy please visit the Walgreens on the corner of Mountain and Foothill. After standing in line for 10 minutes at CVS to DROP off my prescription, I left frustrated and drove a little further to this location. They have a drive thru window… and more importantly my prescription was ready in 20 min.

This review is regarding the Pharmacy. What good is the automated phone refill line, the automatic refill program or reminder text messages when:
1. You have to wait in line up to 30mins or more because 1 checker is working:
2. Your meds aren’t ready
3. They are out of stock of your meds & need to order more –with no notification call & no offer of loaners from other CVS to get you through
They have screwed up on the pill count before. Perhaps that’s because a checker has been allowed to count pills and bottle scripts? Or maybe it’s because there’s only 1 Pharmacist working but would rather join in on workplace gossip with the employees?
I have heard from Multiple physicians and their front staff who hate working with this pharmacy. They fax refill auths but CVS claims they didn’t get it or vice versa.
Many elderly people get their scripts filled here and the customer service is terrible. They don’t speak louder when one is hard of hearing & I watched a checker send a very elderly lady with mobility problems back to drop-​off twice when the checker could have handled it.
We won’t even get into the HIPAA Violations! Although, I was glad to know the gentleman in front of me was taking care of his new case of Herpes. Smh.
The entire Pharmacy Department needs to be revamped and re-​educated.

Needs more staff, Always a line to check out and people are rarely available in photo dept. All employees at this CVS work in slow motion.

Don’t expect for them to get anything done in a timely manner it’s not like ppl getting there medications isn’t a type medial emergency or anything horrible!

Last nite @ about 1230am I stopped by to drop off my 10month old rx n the damn lady said the systems r down n Won’t b bak up until 4am wtf my baby has pneumonia I need his rx this is bs super annoyed n upset

I am writing this as I sit in a waiting chair. Our regular pharmacy was out of a medication, so the prescription was transferred here. I waited 5+ minutes in the pickup line to discover that the prescription had not yet been entered into the system. They say it will be filled in 30 minutes; we will see. Staff is nice, but all four of them have been fielding phone calls; very busy! But at least they have the medication (I hope).

This pharmacy is one of the worst regarding timely prescriptions. THIS time I called around 4:05PM and they said that the prescription would be ready by 6:00PM, 6:30PM at the latest. The prescription was electronically sent to them at 3:50PM. When I called they said they just received it but no one put it «in the system.» I went and arrived at the pharmacy counter at 6:45PM only to told that it had not been filled. They apologized and ten minutes later I was called over the speaker system. The problem has worsened over the years. Personally, I do not buy from them but my wife does. I’m the one who picks the prescriptions up and I have had the prescriptions filled and on time less than half the time.

Pick up my rx, they say it’s not ready. They then ask me to wait 15 min and I don’t walk out if there until at least 30 min later. I will never go here again

I have 20 years of experience in retail pharmacy and can attest to the other comments that their pharmacy is EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED! I have gone there at various times, especially later in the evening (after 10 pm) and the only person there is the pharmacist. At other times, the pick up line is so backed up, it runs down one of the merchandise aisles. And why can’t they answer their phones? If I hear, «One pharmacy call» on the intercom again, I’m going to answer it myself.
Another practice of this store is the fact that they do not get drug deliveries from their supplier on the weekends. So, if you call in a refill on a Friday and want it Saturday, you may be out of luck if they have run out of your medication. This is baffling, because at the pharmacy where I worked, we got a Saturday delivery. You would at least think they would make their Friday delivery a little bigger to cover them for the weekend. This happened to me today, and the clerk who told me the medication was not there, meekly said, «Oh they should have called you.» It was only a nasal spray, so I’ll live, but what an inconvenience. In addition to the understaffing, there is significant mismanagement of the staff and the pharmacy in general.
There is no excuse for that type of treatment, but these types of stores don’t make their money in the pharmacy, it’s all of the other merchandise, so they don’t need to care about the pharmacy. Complaining to the store manager is useless. You either get the compassionate understanding, or they blame the whole thing on corporate. What a cop out. I used to work in an independent store, so we had to keep our customers. If any of this happened to us, we would be ashamed to provide this type of customer service. People are sick, they have sick kids, they’ve been waiting at the doctors office, maybe X-​ray or the lab, and this is the type of service they get?
As far as the hours and closeness of the store, I shop there all the time. I am giving the pharmacy a second thought.

Pros: 24 hours, cheap candy, 1-​stop-​shop if I’m going on a trip and need toiletries.
Cons:This CVS definitely doesn’t have enough people on staff at the pharmacy. They take forever to answer the phones, and get snippy when you call and ask them to help you with a mixup. Every time I get a refill I have to call them about not asking me before they switch me to generic.
I work at a camp in the woods for 6 days each week over the summer. I come home for one day to do laundry, eat some real food, and once a month I have to get my prescriptions filled. Once, when I was trying to get back to work in the middle of the night, it took me over an hour to get to the pharmacy counter. No sleep for me! Seriously, how many people need meds at midnight?
