Pretty upset i got a number 3 meal and got home and the burger tasted old and the meat looked old and re cooked… i only had enough money for today for food and now i have to say i ate french fries and dr pepper for lunch… upset customer

There are remodeling the whole store under construction I’m in there eating and I could smell and literally taste the contractors grinding metal throughout the store why are they having a sit in here to eat our food doesn’t make sense the manager needs to pay attention or the owner of the store

I don’t get how they stay open and let customers in while they are remodeling. It is dangerous and very unsanitary. I usually don’t write reviews but this really bothered me. Even the contracters working there were clearly unhappy with the fact that customers were coming in and out of their work area.

They make you wait an extra 10 minutes in the reserved parking. It’s happened 3 times now. It’s lunch hour and they still make you wait. So ridiculous.

The employees can hardly graduate high school, how could anyone trust them with something as challenging as an ice cream machine?

They brought food to us in the kids play room for dine in. The kids get to crayon and play boardgame. I am shocked. Awesome mcdonald. This location is very clean.

10min after i payed number 2 and chicken wrap super slow drive thru …no sorry for the inconvenience nothing extra fries nope…

I wrote the following review and then had to ask myself… if I worked the drive thru at McDonalds and had to suffer the abuse these folks likely suffer and was trying to get the line moved as quickly as possible and had been pleasant and polite then why would a lady complain so much over having to wait a little bit longer than others if she was ordering so much food at the drive up? I wrote the below and then tried to think about putting myself in the shoes of the staff at this McDonalds… realized I need to be a little bit more patient and less criticizing… the following story is how I felt at the time — but just maybe there’s another side (the staffs side) to the story so I upgraded my review in the hope that appreciation vs. criticism may cause the store staff and its owners to listen more than try and defend and I’ll try and be a little more patient… l

Ordered easy enough but as usual they said, «Can you please pull around and WAIT!» GRRRR I waited for over 10 minutes and then called the restaurant from the car… the Manager yells out to the staff «Hey, you guys! she IS out there! — go find her»… again GRRR this young man comes out and I say I’d like my food remade as I could tell the bags were barely warm at this point… he responded with «Ma’am the foods warm — shoved the bags through my window and walked away». ugh! grrrr doesn’t even come close!!! so rude!!! $ 31 dollars for breakfast for my family and starts my day off like this… McDonalds if you’re listening??? you can put up all the billboards you want telling everyone that you’re «changing» and to «just watch» — and this type of service will waste your millions of advertising dollars, cut down your brand and cause us to go elsewhere.

This McDonald’s never fails to disappoint. I keep going back because it’s the only near me and doesn’t take me out of my way to work. Left early just so I could go get my breakfast at 5:15am The drive through employee was short when placing my order, drive to the payment window where i’m left sitting there for a few minutes just to be told their system isn’t accepting cards. When I said I didn’t have cash I got a snotty «Sorry» and a window shut in my face. RUDE! Times before that, coffee is cold. Hashbrowns are overcooked. Oh how I wish there was another one closer to me.

Love coming here when Jonathan’s working! He is such a character! Funny and kind. Keep up the good work and always keep that smile on your face!

This McDonald makes the best oatmeal. My almost 80 year old mom loves to have oatmeal after church. Out of all the surrounding McDonalds this one is the best. The drive thru girls are always polite and friendly. The inside is very clean. I will always go out of my way to come here.

Never thought I’d rate a McDonalds, but seeing all the negative reviews here I felt I had to put in my five cents.
Basically, I haven’t had a single bad experience here. Like many, I’m not the biggest fan of McDonalds either, but it’s within walking distance so I’ll go every so often for an evening double cheeseburger. The staff in all my experiences have been pretty friendly and the food has always been pretty good, even for fast food quality.

Worst mc Donald’s the fries are cold… they always get the orders wrong… Some how even the hamburgers are not as good, probably old!!! Gross

Horrible service we waited so long for the food then they didn’t give us all we ordered. Someone’s kid was running around with no shoes getting people’s food. I will never come back

I’m not a big fan of Mc Donalds but decided to treat my three kids after school today. We placed our drive-​thru order for two McFlurries & a smoothie. We pull to the window & receive the two McFlurries but the smoothie wasn’t ready. The girl, Marebel, asked me to pull into «Reserved 1» and I refused. I told her I wanted to wait because every time I pull into one of their reserved spots I sit there for the longest time and I said their parking lot is like a race track & when you try to pull out of a spot I have to dodge the cars pulling in. It just isn’t convenient for me. Marebel turned her back & «informed» everyone within ear shot that I refused to go into one of the reserved spots. I then had two managers attempt to approach the window to also ask me to pull forward but ‘Marebel’ quickly informed them that I wasn’t moving! Surprisingly, I was given my daughter’s smoothie in record time. I took the smoothie and told Marebel that she didn’t need to be rude. I said that I didn’t hold up the line for long and was surprised at how quickly the smoothie was ready. Had I pulled into Reserved 1 I’d probably still be waiting!
Moral of the story, put your foot down & refuse to pull into a spot! Hold up the line and see how quickly you are served! I highly recommend it.
I’m giving this particular McDonalds ONE STAR due to Marebel’s poor customer service attitude.

Found black coal like flakes in the bottom of my drink cup and the inside rim was black. Tried to call a nicely make them aware the machine my need to be fixed or cleaned no answer. That’s not good considering people could potentially get sick especially since I don’t even know what it is.

Why cant I give no stars? Absolutely horrible. This is off of more then several visits. Ask for spicy chicken sandwich get non spicy. Ask for a diet coke I get sprite. Ask for triple cheeseburger I get three separate cheeseburgers. Who puts hot fries on top of a sundae? Ask for extra BBQ sauce I didn’t even get one. Seriously they want raises and they require all this experience and training to work here? Smh epic fail. By far the worse fast food establishment and employees I have ever experienced. I’ll dig up and form my own meal worms next time there and have my kids paint arches on a grocery bag. Thanks but no thanks!!!

I wouldn’t even rate one star but I have to. I came and got some breakfast before work it was not busy at all 3 cars in the drive thru let me remind you one didn’t even order just went right pass the window. When I got to the window they gave me wrong food my Ice coffee taste like crap! I had to tell them that’s not my order she got it right then I opened my breakfast sandwich take a bite and the egg is raw the yoke is running down… Yuck! I couldn’t go back I was going to be late to work so I called the phone was busy over an hour… Not good at all. You should take the phone number off the recept if you’re going to have a busy phone .when I talk the manager apologize she said for me to go in and they would replace my oder when I went in to replace my order the girl was rude and didn’t want to deal with it. Rude!

They are horrible. The people that work here are rude and the food is usually luke warm, they always mess up some part of our order, and we always wait forever for our food and for them to take our order. This is definitely the worst McDonalds in the area.

I think this restaurant is just ok. Yes, some employees definitely need retaining on customer service, but mostly its the crew that’s been there over a year. The new crew is nice to guests.
The thing that really bothers me its the large amount of homeless people that are always around. Watch out for people shaving and washing themselves in the restrooms. Its creepy!
