Payless Shoe Source

I called 10 minutes before it was about to close because I was on my way right down the street and I knew exactly what I wanted and I told her I was there. When I got there it was 8:59 and she looked at me, looked at the clock and went to the back to turn off the lights. She didn’t even acknowledge me. I wasted my time and she said if I came in before 9 it would be ok. I’m so infuriated. They’re going to get a very angry phone call tomorrow. Never coming back.

Always greeted with a smile, and with amazing looks! This place has outstanding shoes and accessories! I can always count on this place providing good deals for shoes, necklaces, bracelets, and much more. Can’t wait to go back! I only gave this four stars because they don’t always have the cutest shoes that I want in my size, besides that I love the store!

The employee Caleb went above and beyond with no complaint on our customer service, no attitude, mind you he’s working on Labor Day. Awesome! Our kids had they’re allowance and they both bought shoes, Caleb found us the same shoe but different make (even though we were already checking out at the register) but ones that were on clearance, then so the kids can get they’re correct change back Caleb did the math for us on a separate piece of paper to figure out their change back individually, because we purchased everything in one transaction. Very Helpful and Caleb was so eager to do his job and what a great job it was! Thank you Caleb!

This particular payless has exceptional exployees that are more than willing to help if you ask, they have always been friendly when I enter the store and will be more than to make some common conversation and find you the right shoes for you. Every other payless that I have been to, have hardly acknowledge me or offered to help. So I highly recommend coming here if you want to be treated to a friendly staff and great deals for what you are looking for! :)

The old lady was super unfriendly and rude, this place is a mess!

We went there to find a pair of little girl shoes (to use for one time) for a semi special occassion. While we were trying on shoes, our little girl lost her shoe and as we begin looking for the shoe, one of the sales ladies (who was 19 years old, maybe 20 years old)…accused us of 1) hiding the shoe in our purse, and 2) hiding the shoe under the shoe rack… yeah then how come we couldn’t find it there when we looked. Look I know Payless shoes are paranoid that people are ripping off their $ 10 dollar shoes, but not everyone wants to steal their shoes… and a smarty teenager should probably get a lesson in customer service… BTW she found the shoe… HMMM perhpas she was hiding the shoe to push us to buy a pair??? Don’t shop here unless you want to be hassled by teenage sales people who have little customer service skills.
