Premier Stone and Tile

I had a very bad experience with this company. Everything was fine till my $ 6,200. checks were cashed. In December 2015, I had Premier install granite counter tops in my kitchen, bathroom and wet bar. The granite on the kitchen island was partially shiny and partially dull. I believe the granite was damaged during the fabricating process. After many, many calls and visits to Premier to have the granite on the island re polished, Cory finally came and inspected the island granite. He said he would not repair it.
Later he said he would fix it if i paid half. I said no. After waiting, and waiting, I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau in mid May 2016, Premier finally came and re polished the island counter top. I decided to install granite counter tops in the kitchen of a rental property I own. I used another company and did not use Premier, due to their slow and poor customer customer service. I DO NOT recommend this company.

Showroom and salesperson were not helpful. Walked in and the salesman provided no info. Didn’t show us sample. We basically left soon after we walked in because he acted annoyed we even stopped by. Showroom had old painted white cabinets. Not at all what we expected a showroom to be. Guess we will take our business elsewhere.

First off, this review is way overdue. I first met Patrick one Sunday morning when he wasn’t even suppose to be in the office. He opened the door for me and we hit it off immediately. He gave me a tour of the showroom floor and all of the stone products and we talked master bathroom and kitchen ideas. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me a lot of ideas. I was looking to remodel my kitchen and Patrick was very helpful and patient as we talked products. I visited a lot of showrooms and spoke with many people, Patrick and Cory, his son, were by far the most knowledgeable and creative. When it came time to select granite, they referred to several locations with different types of products. I went as far as Anaheim where the store owner spoke very highly of Premier Stone and Tile. When it came time for installation they were always on time, clean, and eager to help. Also, i’ve kept in contact them over the years and they always ask about their project to make sure i’m happy with the job. I have not had one problems with their work and all that i show it off to, love the job. Our first time major home improvement project, the master bath, went so well we brought them back to do our kitchen. Wow, Great job Premier S&T. I just can’t say enough good things about the team!

These guys are the best! I have had them remodel both my bathrooms and installing flooring in my house. Our master bathroom we had the toilet and shower moved from their original spots, it was a complete gut and rebuild. I will be using them for all future remodels. They have great ideas, are very receptive to our requests and kept us updated all along the way. It’s refreshing to find a company that is truly family owned and run. You don’t receive a quote and meet-​n-​greet from the owner and then never see him again like with the other companies out there. Try them, you wont be dissapointed!

Premier installed my countertops & backsplash. They did a beautiful job & I am completely satisfied with it. Premier did an excellent job of helping me pick products & designs. Cory was so helpful in walking me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them & use them again if I need to.

Premier Stone and Tile is the first company I turn to whenever I get a new stone or tile project. I’m a local Interior Designer and I use Premier Stone and Tile for projects such as counter tops, back splash, tile flooring and fireplaces. Cory in the showroom is especially helpful and always very fast to respond to phone calls and emails. Their workers are fast, clean and efficient. The work that they produce is the best in the area! Always happy to refer them.

Came here two different Saturdays expecting them to be open. Tried calling but no answer. We went down there and they were closed. But here’s the thing, the sign in the door says open and the open sign in the window is on. This time there was a sign for labor day, which is understandable but please PLEASE please turn your open sign around and turn off the other one when you leave. It’s very misleading. I work weekdays so my only time to look around is on Saturdays. Very annoying and frustrating.
