When the sale of a well maintained, fairly priced home becomes an avenue for a mercenary charlatan to spread her wings of cupidity, and fail to recognize from which side of the contract her earnings are remunerated I am obliged to share a review that elucidates our experience of consumate violation and personal acrimony. The particulars are not important and would fill pages. Ms. Calvert seems to thrive on castigating, placing gratuitous demands, and using any strategy that affords her advantage. If you are the buyer her antics nearly cost her the sale. We were markedly close to pulling the deal in the last seconds owing to Ms. Calverts conduct. Her propensity to command not only you (the seller) but the realtor in your employ, becomes trying. Taking advantage of any and all situations that fills her coffer appears fair game. Our experience was wretchedly distasteful and we are gratified this is now over and we no longer require interdependence with one who’s character is below dignified or civil. Whether you are buyer or seller I highly recommend investigating a fresh option. I am sincerely delighted that some others have found this realtor of quality.
