Worst KFC ever. They never have anything. You can’t call this place fast food. It takes at least 10 minutes to get through the drive thru. Make sure you check your bag as soon as you get it. Half the time your order will be messed up. They never have anything. «Sorry we’re out of…» is a common response you’ll hear when you attempt to order something. Everytime I think I’m gonna grab something real quick and end up here waiting forever, I regret it. I’ve been a glutton for punihment too long. I must stop going here.

Agree with other reviewer — worst KFC ever. I have been seriously ill after eating here twice now. Both times I was ill within 15 minutes of leaving this not-​so-​fine establishment.
Think about it — it’s fried chicken — from frozen to the deep fryer, how hard can that be? After the last time I vowed «never again!!»
I have since tried KFC near work (I live dangerously) and near a friends. I’ve had no issues with either, thus it must be this location. That’s a shame ‘cuz an A&W Root Beer Float would certainly hit the spot on a hot MD summer day, but even that’s not worth the chance.

If I could give them no star, I would. This location is terrible. The day I chose to stop here (after years of avoiding them since my last experience with them) they were having issues with their A&W. I wasn’t concerned because I was there for KFC anyway. I walk up to the door and attempt to open it but it’s locked. They have customers inside and the note on the door mention nothing about them being closed. The workers on the outside who were on their smoke break I assumed didn’t offer to help me or explain. I got back in my car to go through the drive through. The drive through was closed due to the A&W issue. I go to the «front» door and it is too locked. The customers & workers on the inside just looked at me like I was crazy for trying to enter the establishment during open hours (I went at approximately 6:00pm). As I gave up I see the workers that were on their break unlock the door so they could enter. I was so disgusted and disappointed. They need either new management or to just shut down.

I’ve worked at this KFC for over a year and do I have something to say. The management is so poor that the employees are so over worked it’s not funny. We’re also very short staffed so if you’re food is coming out late blame management not the packers, cooks or the cashiers. Don’t ever get the potpies they barely have any chicken and all that chicken is from the night before so it’s a waste of you money. The burgers and hotdogs always are sitting for hours and so are a lot of things in the whole store. This is why I would never buy anything from here.

By far the worst meal ever! I was not expecting a lot but the chicken sandwich was dry the bread and the chicken. The soda station was a total mess and the floors were look like they had not been swept all day! All while the employees stood around and chatted and 3 other employees stood out front by the entrance smoking! Needles to say I will not be going back!
