Not a kid friendly location. Went in for a set of sectional sofa, until one rep (not the manager who was helping us) continuously reminded kids not to touch the decorations. From the beginning we took turns looking after the kids, but could not stand the unwelcome atmosphere and left without deciding.

Finally they delivered a new set of chairs and exchanged the ones I had. They are better but still not great. You be the judge on whether or not you would buy from a store that takes almost a year to resolve a problem. At one point the general manager stopped talking to me and turned my problem over to the assistant manager. Way to go Rich.

Reasonably-​priced furniture, with good staff who can answer your questions and provide good space planning advice. The showroom is pretty large, and the style choices will satisfy most tastes. I find it a bit too conventional, but you can spice up many pieces with fabric upgrades.
