Horrible service at this location. Was in there for about half an hour with my heart set on purchasing a new coat. There was a stand of coats in the middle of the walkway and all the costs were locked together. That would make sense of associates were present to unlock them to actually be able to view the coat. When one employee walked past I said «excuse me, does the sale apply to all these jackets» to which she replied «I guess» and walked away. It’s one thing to not have employees present, but it’s so much worse to have them present, but be of no assistance at all. When I worked in retail, if I was unsure of something, I made it a point to ask someone else for the right answer. I guess that’s not a requirement at this store.

I picked up over $ 1300 worth of stuff here, 2 weeks ago for $ 269!!! Burton snow pants and a winter coat, North face coats and snow pants, Detroit Tigers licensed appeal, athletic clothing for everyone in my family of 7, Colombia winter coats and light weight coats and winter ski/snow board socks. If you know how to shop this store, and wait for their amazing sales, and combine their coupons and cash back rewards, you can really get amazing gear/clothing at way below retail!

Thought I was on a game show. Price is right, or let’s make a deal. Trying to purchase pair of golf shoes that rochester store had on hold for me for $ 60.they had pair waiting for me. Went to register, shoes rang up at $ 119.next price they gave me was $ 99. Then decided to go with the $ 60 price. Quite a difference. But none the less I am thinking I like my new golf shoes.

1. Horrible customer service you will wait an hour in a half to get any help.
2. Disrespectful staff they talk down to you and think they know everything.
I would rather go to a Dunhams and pay triple the price I would at a Dicks sporting goods. Dicks sporting goods in my opinion is one of the worst sporting goods stores you could go too. I will never give my business to a dicks sporting goods store ever again. If i could give this store a zero star i would.

Not really a fan, but had a gift card,
Today’s customer service was better than most times, but the clothes pricing is way out of line, unless you want three pair of cotton Russel Shorts for $ 20
I needed a sweat band, $ 7 was way to steep, as Dunhams sells them all day long for $ 1.99
So settled on a nice microfiber wicking t-shirt.
