Domino’s Pizza

Probably the best domino’s I’ve had. I ordered delivery and they got to my house quicker than expected. My food was hot and everything tasted fresh.

I’ve been buying my pizza here for yeeeears. I’ve never had such a dreadful customer service experience before. The owner is seriously the worst. I called to order 2 large pizzas to be delivered (1 hawaiian, 1 combo). This dude is beyond unenthusiastic and uninterested for starters. He immediately requests my card info to complete the transaction, ends the call with «be 30 to 40 minute», and hangs up on me. Alrighty. So I call back and tell him that he didn’t tell me how much he was charging my card before hanging up on me and that it was very unproffessional. He responds, laughing, «I’m unproffessional?» And tells me the total was 37 and some change. For 2 pizzas? Really? He didnt even tell me which deals apply to my order, apologize, offer me something for being a douche… nothing. I can’t even thank him for telling me my total before he hangs up on me again. When I called back a third time to cancel my order because now I’m just over it, a different person answered, who informed me that it was the OWNER I was speaking with before and that «this happens all the time» and unfortunately there’s not much you can do when it’s the owner upsetting patrons on the regular. Thanks to the guy who I spoke with that was actually nice enough to not hang up on me and simply process my order at the deal price I deserved… I solute you for dealing with that twat of a manager on a daily basis. Good luck with that.

worst service ever, they’re very rude, they threw the peppers at me once, i keep on going there to see if theyll change and every single time that i do they’re extremely rude, with attitude and bad faces. i wont go there anymore… im switching to pizza hut, they even have better deals and better customer service.

I came here about two years ago and didn’t like the quality and taste. So I decided to give it another chance. The employees who work there only cares about the customers wallet. The quality of the pizza is okay. I will no longer come back here again. I see why they have low ratings.

So I decided to give Dominos another chance after being disappointed by them a while ago. Man was that a mistake. I had a large combo and it was super super salty and super super garlicky (and keep in mind that I usually like a little extra salt on my food). I don’t know what that was but it was not a pizza.. I Didn’t taste any marinara sauce at all and to make things worst the crust was on the soggy sided too. Without a doubt the worst pizza I’ve ever had and by the way my wife hated it too. I’ve had better pizza from little Caesars. Dominos pizza your doing it wrong :/

HORRIBLE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT! This location is a shame! Every Time I have ordered with them has been a disaster. I will stop ordering with them. To start, the customer service is extremely rude and very uneducated. Walking in or over the phone the employees seem to have no idea as to what is going on or how to do their job. They don’t try to fix any orders or make their customer happy, they just care about money. I order chicken Alfredo pasta online once. The description of this item says «Grilled chicken breast and Alfredo sauce mixed with penne pasta and baked to creamy perfection.» I happened to overlook the topping options where I have to change the amount of chicken from ‘none’ to ‘normal’. Why would I have to change my options if the item description comes with chicken? Anyways, when I received my pasta and noticed no chicken I confronted an employee and I was told «That’s the way it comes, that’s how you ordered it. We can’t fix it.» I argued the fact that the description says otherwise but I was told there is nothing they can do. Which I think is total bullshit. There was another time I had come in and placed an order and waited for it. I was told 15−20mins. I waited 45minutes! Other guest had come in, placed and received their order before me. When I asked an employee multiple times I was told «it will be done soon.» Recently I ordered online and chose the ‘pay by card now’ option, put in my debit card information; card number, expiration date and security code. Before I entered that information I received a pop up saying that an error has occurred, if this continues call my local dominos. This was the first and only time this had come up. After entering my information I continued with my order. I received an email and updated page saying that my order was successful and has been placed. When the delivery guy came he tried telling me that I owed. I explained that I payed online and he said that a receipt didn’t print at the store so he ripped off a sticker from the pizza box and had me sign it. Next thing I know, I get a call at 10:30pm (I had my order delivered at 6) from dominos saying that I never paid them, that I needed to come down there right now or their till would be short. I went round and round with them, explaining that I had paid online, they said that it showed I chose the pay with cash option. If that was the case why would it ask all my card information and tell me that my order was successful?! They even threatened to call the police and have them come to my house! Sounds like it was a glitch in their system! Not my fault. This place is ridiculous and so unprofessional I will NEVER be coming back! If I could rate this ZERO STARS, I would!

I had issues in the past so I switched to Pizza Hut. My first order was great then it was a mess after that. I came back to Dominos and found out they had changed. They have been perfect for over a year now. It’s always right and it comes to my door literally steaming hot! I won’t order from anywhere else now!

Order weekly carryout. Nice and attentive staff and pizza is always hot and ready when I get there!
They just renovated! The store looks great. The glass front makes it unbearably hot for the staff and they take it in stride.

I am not sure why the reviews are so low either. Everything came out just fine. I got what I ordered and they made it here in perfect time.

driver decided to write herself in a tip on my credit card, so i called let them know what had happen. manager gave me the option of getting money back or free order next time on pizzas;, although was nice of him, yet kept employee on. now i have ordered twice more and i have still tipped her after her stealing from me. but i feel people need to be careful from ordering from this domino’s and paying by credit card. because a certain driver might steal from you too. i won’t say a name for her sake, but be careful. i do like the fact domino’s is open late

Terrible service. Every time I do an online order I never get my marinara sauce ever and always pay for it, even tonight. Its just annoying that they can’t read… they also owe me a free large pizza but I have never received that. A couple of deliveries ago the guy only brought one pizza and I ordered two so he had to go back .this place is ridiculous this is my last time ever ordering from there

I guess they don’t want my business since they won’t deliver to my house in suisun city. Pretty lame.

I have nooooo idea why the rating is so low. I wont order anywhere else. The parm balls are AMAZING, the pizza is average, delivery is CRAZY fast always. Cheap, good pizza, and always good customer service if I pick up or have delivered. Never ever had a bad experience and I order like 2x a month.

Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and waited for two hours. I wish i was exaggerating. We seriously sat there and watched everyone else get their orders. We asked about five times what was going on since people whom ordered after us got their order before us. The staff wasn’t well managed at all. It was pretty frustrating. On the good side, the pizza was good at least.

4 stars for the staff — for the most part the staff is friendly and willing to comply with special requests.
0 for the franchisee — the cheap bastard refuses to honor corporate coupons. He doesn’t supply the store parm packets, and orders of cheesy bread no longer come with a side of dipping sauce.
? stars for the food — what can I say, we keep coming back.

The customer service is good, the pizza is okay tasting, parking is easy and it’s close to a highway exit but the cheapest pizza is still about $ 9.

It’s Domino’s not some gourmet pizza place so I don’t think people should be expecting 5 star food or service. If it weren’t for the fact that A) I’m a college student B) They were offering 50% off on online offers and C) I was desperate for pizza at 10pm… I probably wouldn’t have ordered pizza period.
Service: The two workers at Domino’s were polite – although our online interaction is taking my money and giving me my pizza. One of them was actually leaving the same time as me, and despite the fact that he was holding five boxes of pizzas, he still opened and held the door open for me. Very, very nice of him.
Food: Once again, it’s Domino’s…I actually think Little Cesar’s five dollar pizza is better than them. However, with the 50% off online discount, I was able to get a large pizza with 8 toppings for only 10 ish dollars! I can’t really complain that much. Although, I do wish they put more cheese on their pizzas period.
Location: This is the only Domino’s in Vacaville. It’s by the smaller mail/​USPS department. It’s not in the nicest part of town, but it’s Vacaville, so it’s not like you’ll get shot or something~then again, who can say?

Pizza was average but the wait was a killer! I was told my pizza would be ready in 15 – 20 minutes, but it took more than 30 minutes to get my food. Besides that, the employee that took my order was very nice.
